Scam, took my order and money and now uncontactble. Credit card company investigating.
Bought a microwave on their website, I received a confirmation. 5 days later when the microwave should have arrived, checked my email and saw that they’d sent a message saying that my order should never have gone through as the website was going through testing and that I should contact my bank for a chargeback.
It was only when I googled the website to locate a phone number that I stumbled across their reputation on TrustPilot.
Lucky me!!!
Couldn’t give them a zero star or I would, took payment for a tumble dryer, delivery within 5 days, didn’t get delivered so I reordered from a REPUTABLE dealer, still awaiting refund via chargeback, could take 4 weeks. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They accept your order, take your money from your account. You receive a confirmation e-mail and then nothing! No delivery, no replies to e-mails and the telephone number connects through to a very dodgy sound man who when you say you are chasing up an order suddenly replies ' you've got the wrong number' and hangs up!!! Been reported so can't believe this website is still live!!!!

Stay away from this company - I was fooled by a genuine looking website & ordered a tumble dryer to be told this wasn't arriving for unforeseen circumstances. I was then told I'd be receiving a refund from a third part y "Elavon". Getting no response & no refund.

Scam company! Ordered a freezer for our village hall (we are a charity). Kitchens365 took money next day. No freezer delivered on date given. Tried to call - number disconnected. Sent emails - no reply. Contacted delivery company who told us 365 were trading as Kitchens247 Ltd, and the freezer was ?? out of stock. Looked on Kitchens247 website and all reviews saying company is a scam and all reporting same problems. Still no freezer some time later. Fortunately Hsbc refunded our money. Worrying thing is that this company IS STILL TRADING!!!! so BEWARE!
