Horrific, effectively stolen my money!
Please do not EVER order from their website. 3 dishes poorly packed, all arrived broken. Sent 1 replacement dish against my request for a full refund - I was very clear I didn't want replacements. Have then ignored 3 (THREE) follow ups via their contact form clearly stating the issue, all relevant details, and clearly requesting a refund.
It's been 2 months and I still have 1 intact item, 2 broken ones, no refund and no response. They've literally stolen my money.
Worst customer service ever
I've bought an expensive Ceramic pot and received it with damage. I've been trying to contact the customer service for the past month now. They NEVER answer. Worst service I've ever experienced. I'll never buy there again.
Pyrex frying pan
My mum bought me a Pyrex frying pan. It is the best pan I've ever owned. I've had it for about a year or so, not one scratch, and if I burn something in there, it just slides right off. I seek it out in my pan cupboard when cooking.
Do let everbody know do not buy pyrex…

SCAM: Order not sent, doesn't answer support requests
After an order process that went well, it didn't take long before I received an email with a tracking number, claiming that the order had been sent. Unfortunately, nothing further ever happened, the tracking didn't show any progress.
After 2 weeks, I contacted Pyrex through their customer support form, and got no reply. 5 days later, I contacted them again, still no reply.
Losing patience, I requested a refund through the button for this on the webshop, but an email told that they would process this only after I had sent back the order... I replied to the email that they had not sent anything, and what did I get? An automatic reply that I could not send emails to that address.
I guess that I will now have to engage with the credit card company and have them cancel the payment. Pyrex is apparently unable to run a serious webshop and customer support. I would not hesitate calling the shop a scam.
To follow this up: The Pyrex email address that Trustpilot would send the review to, turned out to not exist, so I couldn’t contact Pyrex by that. But I found another email address on their website, I think meant for reporting a data breach, so I wrote to that one and asked “whoever receives this” to pass it on to the right person. The next day, customer support wrote to me that they would look at it, and a day later, that they would pay me back my money. Some days after that, the money was registered on my credit card.
So, something can be made working at that shop. But still, no explanation, no apology. I wouldn’t want to buy from them again.
Do Not Trust Pyrex - They Take Your Money and Don't Provide the Goods nor Service
3 weeks ago, I ordered two items from Pyrex at a significant cost. Only one arrived. Zero progress/response from Pyrex, despite me repeatedly contacting them over multiple forums. Absolutely appauling and unprofessional. The lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I am not holding out any hope of this ever being resolved.
Inappropriate stickers
Nice glassware, but the stickers applied to your products are a nightmare to remove from glass. It's not rocket science...
My Pyrex cake 9/13 exploded in oven
My Pyrex cake 9/13 exploded in oven. Cake was ruined and hundreds of shares of glass everywhere and mess to clean up. Called customer Service number no human to talk to,spent money exta for carrying case and have no cake pan. I think they should replace it. It was not made correctly. I am on a fixed income used it once.
10 year guarantee is worthless
10 year guarantee is worthless. The bottom of my pyrex frying pan delaminated with a pop, sending hot bolognese sauce up the kitchen wall. Used the online forms to claim on the guarantee. Rejected due to misuse (heat?). Please be aware that Pyrex consider it acceptable that their frying pans fail spectacularly on the application of heat. Product is dangerous.
Emails to Pyrex EU remain unanswered. Pyrex Uk customer service have been less than helpful
I would leave zero stars if possible
I would leave zero stars if possible. Pyrex sent me what were supposed to be three replacement 17cm glass lids. What was sent was much larger. Their get in touch system has not bothered to respond. I have tried to organise a return but there is no order number due to having paid on paypal. they won't even respond to give me this. Even if by some miracle they repond to me request for this I still don't see why I should have to pay for shipping to send back something which is completely wrong.
1 star would be no stars if I could
I brought a pryex tray cost me £9 used 4 times will not use again get to hot on gas mark 4 says goes to 230.
Email to say this is Health and Safety, email back you need to email this company, I asked why they could not just forward email, no response, well once again they have your money so tuff
Swift replacement of faulty pan
Purchased a Pyrex Origin pan about 18 months ago, which I have made great use of. Noticed the base had some discolouring and was lifting away, but this long after purchase I had no idea where the receipt would be. Saw that Pyrex have a ten year warranty. Contacted them with photos and it has been replaced by them free of charge. Excellent customer service, swiftly resolved the issue. Very happy customer.
Faulty Pyrex Frying Pan
I bought a new Pyrex Optima "Daily Resistant" 20cm Frying Pan a year ago, On Tuesday the 28th May I noticed a Mark on the bottom of the Pan after washing it and scratched it with my finger and the top coating started lifting off. I got on line to the Pyrex website and reported the fault. The next day (Wednesday) I had a reply asking for a Photo of the damage and Verification of the Pan Make, to which I took a Photo and emailed it Back to them. The same day they informed me that a new "Improved Coated Pan" had been Dispatched and would be with me Shortly. On Saturday Morning I received a new Pan
I think other Firms should take up this challenge and try to do the same. Instead of dragging replacement out over weeks and months
Sticker Nightmare!Bought two Cook and Go casserole…
Bought two Cook and Go casserole dishes. It took me hours of soaking and scraping off the large stickers on the plastic lids which are now scratched without even being used. Why do companies use these awful stickers????
Pyrex Product Guarantees Are Not Honoured For Their Faulty Goods
I purchased two Pyrex Non Stick Gusto Induction pans in 2019. One for myself and one for my daughter. The pans came with 10 years guarantee. After using the pan for approximately eight months, I noticed that the non stick surface within the pan was peeling very badly. I therefore decided not to use it as the flaking material could peel off into the food. I found out that my daughter had experienced the exact same problem. I have attempted to contact Pyrex over the past year but by emails have been ignored with the exception of one occasion. A member of staff asked that I sent pictures of the defects together with my original receipts for purchase. I duly arranged for these to be sent to Pyrex. The member of staff emailed me to say that Pyrex would arrange for new pans to be sent to me. This has never happened. I am so disappointed in Pyrex as I have used their products for years. It is quite clear to me that the guarantee means absolutely nothing to them so please think twice before making an expensive purchase with the company. Customer service is non existent.
Tray size displayed on the label
The tray size displayed on the label of a Black Diamond tray is 33 x 25 cm.
Beware because on the underside of the label the size is given as 39 x 28cm so it might not fit your oven
Can only speak as I find so I have had…
Can only speak as I find so I have had excellent Customer Service from Pyrex eu. Bought a square, glass cook 'n store glass dish, but the plastic lid had an humongously huge, stick-on label, which I could not get rid of. Emailed their customer services and had an almost immediate response explaining that although they manufacture the items, they then send them out to distributors, who put on the labels. They apologised and asked for the exact size of lid and my address and have sent out a new lid with no label! Can't ask fairer than that.

Warranty isn't worth anything
Warranty isn't worth anything. I emailed pyrex over a month ago and still haven't had a reply. In future I am going to save my money and buy a pound shop roasting tray every 6months which would be cheaper than buying more pyrex.
Will not honour ten year warranty!
I bought a set of 5 Pyrex Onyx pans in March 2018. By October 2020 all but two of them we’re past useful life after simple everyday use. The stock pots non stick lining blew up into a huge bubble & the pans eroded so badly that the handles were unsafe. I wrote to Pyrex & sent all evidence requested by them. They informed me that Onyx was no longer available & would provide an alternative replacement from their new range Origins +. I received two tiny sauté pans which are no use to me. I contacted Pyrex again and I received 2 more tiny sauté pans.
I emailed multiple times & have been completely ignored. There is no telephone number.
I tried to find contact details for Pyrex UK (customer services is based in France) but their website has no active links to contact information. I eventually managed to message them via Facebook.
All I received were ‘we’ll contact customer service for you’ messages but still no contact from anybody regarding my warranty replacement items at all.
Pyrex has a great reputation for quality I thought. Their ten year warranty is worth nothing which is unacceptable & the quality of these pans is absolutely awful. I paid £99.00 and have been ripped off. I have now been left with even more useless pans as they are all dangerous to use.
Pyrex, your customer service is appalling. I have a right to a full set of replacement pans.
Update - two days after writing this I received a stock pot & 16 cm pan. I also received an email stating I’d misused the product & didn’t qualify for warranty replacement. I haven’t misused the products at all, they are just terrible quality. Happy to get two pans that I had a right to under trading standards standards.
