Lowest quality glass

Ordered wine decanter set.
They look great but the glass is so cheap it’s chips on first use .all glasses have chips .
They’ll stay in the cupboard now .

Completely disappointed in their customer service

I ordered a set as part of an anniversary gift when I got the set in it had a plate saucer actually for a teacup that was missing parts on one of the lads was broken contacted them they wanted pictures so I showed them pictures including the packaging where it was broken this was many months ago August 24, 2022 is when I sent my first email to them actually it's when I got my first email from the first one I sent this is what they saidDear Jeffrey,

honestly the only thing that changes is the ticket number so I suspect it's just part of a robot service. At this point I consider them to be a scam I would've paid for the new plate in the new led but they don't even give you the opportunity to do that I'm just disappointed that my wife's anniversary was not what it should of been after arriving six weeks late and then broken also they really don't care about the customer they just want the money

Item damaged, refused to allow Return

I ordered a wine set including glassware and a decanter. When arrived the boxing was extremely beat up, and the decanter had a chip at the top. I contacted Teffania about the issue, and they did not have the item in stock to replace, and all they offered was a store credit. I asked to refund my order since I could not have the full set, and after about 4 months of back and forth still refused to let me return the order. No phone number to call, only email change. Absolutely awful customer care experience. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

BLUE & RED ROSACEAE TEA SETS

Last year I ordered the complete Blue Rosaceae Tea Set from Teffania for my Granddaughter's 18th birthday for next year. The way I received the box and HOW it ever arrived without anything broken is beyond me!! There is no way I can present the set to my Granddaughter in the box it came in. I asked if they would send me an empty box that I could put the set in but to no avail. They did offer me a 50% discount for the amount of $50.00 on any future orders. I did purchase this discount as I did want to purchase a second set for my Granddaughter.

I used the discount to purchase another tea set....the Red Rosaceae Tea Set....this past September. Two of the four glass cups arrived broken. The day the package arrived, I sent Teffania pictures of the condition of the tea set which arrived in Oct. 2021 and asked them to please replace the two cups. (I also sent pictures last year of the way I received the tea set however nothing was broken but the box was damaged beyond repair.)

I have sent a total of 6 messages to them since Oct. 2021 and I have not received one reply back from them. I contacted my bank with regards to returning my money spent on the recent set. I sent a message to Teffania today asking them to send me a Return Merchandise Authorization label so that I can send this set back to them. Again....I doubt very much that I will hear from them but today the bank has credited my credit card in the amount of $183.60. I wanted to purchase a total of three tea sets for my Granddaughter but not now!!! The way they send the glassware has so much to be desired. They don't care if it arrives broken. They take our money and just ship it out as fast as they can. You would think, when coming ALL THE WAY FROM CHINA that it would be packed much better than the way they send it.

Fool me once....shame on you.....fool me twice....shame on me. Trust me....it won't happen again. Thank Goodness for Trust Pilot that we can let others know about these companies. I will NEVER order anything online again without checking with Trust Pilot.

Please, please, PLEASE.....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A DISASTER!!!

Beware!

If your parcel should get lost on the way you can expect a lot of trouble with this company. First, you're gonna have to play detective for several weeks, trying to find out what happened to your items. Otherwise they won't help you at all. Then you'll have to wait more than a month for the lost parcel to eventually return to them, and after that you get to choose between giving up on the item or paying an additional reshipping fee of $30. That was over 2 months ago, and still no items. And now they won't even reply to my emails anymore. I asked for a refund instead when the parcel returned to them, but they refused. So I wasted a lot of money and never received my items. Thus: beware😖

Crap!

Yes, I was scammed! Me that is very cautious when ordering stuff online, but hey! I'm only human. These guys are putting a lot of energy and money to make the product look good, but in the end, what you get is crap, packaging is crappy, delivery delay is crappy, service is crappy, and they offer you a rebate on future purchases!? My god, I would of never ordered anything from them if had known I could get the same quality at the dollar store!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!!!!

My Husband gave me a gift of the…

My Husband gave me a gift of the decanter and wine glasses plus the tea cup set. Without checking reviews as in this sight, we noticed later the product not to be like advertised. The glass is heavy, thick, like from a dollar store quality. The embellishments of flowers may be attractive but not justifiable to the price that is paid. The 8 dinner sets that was ordered before we noticed the poor glass quality was cancelled within 24 hours of ordering it. I hope that they honour the cancellation request, and not ship the product to us, for them to then say no refund only store credit of over $ 3000.00. There will be lots of heavy advertising from us on social media with thumb downs if they don't cancel my order.

RUN THE OTHER WAY FAST! NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR HERE! ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO DEAL WITH

I wouldn't even give this company one star but had no choice to leave a review. This is one of the most unpleasant, awful and annoying ordeals that I went through with this company. Not only did I try to purchase a bundle with glasses and decantur which is very expensive, the product arrived 3 months late and damaged. After going back and forth with someone from the company for FOUR months, they have yet to make any satisfaction in correctly rectifying an obnoxious situation. I have asked repeatedly for a manager to contact me and to no avail, nothing. They claim to give me a $35 credit which is peanuts and I refuse spend one more penny at this place. I will be reporting them to every business agency out there. They claim to have sent me a single glassware over 2 months ago during this incessant back and forth to try to appease me, that has yet to arrive which makes me believe they never even sent it. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!!!! YOU'LL SPEND THE NEXT 7 MONTHS WAITING FOR A PRODUCT TO ARRIVE DAMAGED!!! NOT WORTH IT GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Do not buy anything !!!!

Do not buy anything from them. The articles they send are different from what you see in the website and they also have defects.
Plus they quality is very very poor!
If you complain they won't accept any return "claiming that it is specified in their web site". Only buy raising a complain through my credit card company I have been able to get my money back.
My advice is .... STAY AWAY !!

SCAM ALERT: Do not order from this company.

They billed me for many items I did not order. I attempted to contact customer service, but got the worst customer service experience I've ever gotten.

The "rep" (I'm still not sure if I was talking to an actual person or not), ignored all my questions and simply kept spamming me with links to their policy section, even when they weren't relevant at all to what I was saying.

In the end, I had to have my credit card cancel the payment to avoid being billed for items I didn't order.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company they are a total scam! Who ships expensive glassware with no cushioning, after opening I realize it’s because the glassware is not even of good quality it’s just great lighting effects on the webpage another scam! They didn’t care at all that I got my mothers Christmas present in pieces with scratches into the glass it was the most embarrassing fraud I’ve ever fallen for!!

Scam. China products

Please don't buy from them. They lie that their products are made in London yet they are made in Hongkong. They are just using a London address to dupe people into paying a lot of money for china thinking it is authentic London products.
And in top of that, the delivery takes ages yet you can buy the exact glassware 100 times cheaper somewhere else with fast delivery.
They don't even accept cancellation or returns for items bought on sale yet their sale products are at £230 yet i could have got the exact set at £90 .

I placed order for over a month, the company is yet to deliver even though I paid for express delivery and they charged me excessively for it. It has been from one fraudulent story to another . No contact phone and no real call centre to lodge complaints. They are fraud

I had placed an order 2 sets

I had placed an order 2 sets, for me, a set is more than one item well it was 2 glasses that's it, I paid 178 Canadian dollars for 2 glasses, it took 2 months to arrive directly from china, please stay away from these liars the glasses are awful very tacky with yellow metal that looks like it was made in china, I feel an idiot to pay almost 200 hundred dollars for these ugly glasses. Never Again
