My issue has been addressed. They have agreed to my opting out request.

I subscribed by mistake, but the support team handled it with no issues

Do not buy any products from this online store, it a scam they use other companies name and you will think you are buying something from that company without knowing that you're buying from them after that they will deduct your money monthly or they buy products from their store using you card details.
It's a Scam!!

So, after many emails between myself and them they have said that they will refund approx £250 in bits and pieces from the over £400 they have stolen. my bank fraud team will have been in touch with them by now and they believe that by offering some refund they will avoid prosecution. They are refusing to supply company details such as their trading address and even the total value which they have taken and have sent me some screenshots of my apparent agreement, which shows nothing which I have agreed. I will keep on as I don't believe that scammers should be allowed to get away with theft. Please be aware, there are no products, this is a totally scam company. I categorically state that I have not signed up for this ridiculous credit system, they have taken my bank details under false pretences and fraudulently and should be avoided like the plague. Look out for them on Facebook, Tik Tok and all other social media where companies such as this are not correctly monitored. If you see them pop up, report them!!

I am in choc, just realizing that Kitchen Shop.club has drawn 58€ for months, yes months without me knowing, who they are, never having heard of them, or from them, read them, nothing ! How in the world have they got my account, and how can they do that without me signing, asking for anything, by entering code and secret numbers ?
For 6 months and twice a month this criminal 'enterprise' (just the right designation for them they enter into your privacy and grip/take/act/(prend in French on your behalf) steal 12 x 58€ making thus 696€ without my accept, knowledge, and naturally without any material! return of any sort whatsoever !
Either you, KitchenShop.club return my money onto my account, or I intend to fight your malicious ways, manners and means with all the juridical measures possible.

They made the mistake of charging me when I opted out of the membership. They have reached out and are arranging for the refund to be processed.

Having had a concern with my account on contacting them they immediately contacted me (within 24 hours ) and pledged to resolve my concern within 3-5 working days .
I am most grateful for their prompt and courteous action .
I am sure if they continue their policy of caring about their customers the company will expand and do really well

I don't know how I got a paid membership with kitchenshop. Must have clicked somewhere. Which I do think is not honest at all towards costumers. However, I addressed this problem and the fact that for 6 months 50 euro's got charged on my creditcard.
They got back to me and offered to pay it all back.
And that they addressed this problem and change this.

So it's not a fraude if they offer to refund and address the problem.

Therefore I do give them a 4* review.

I contacted the company after money was taken out of my bank which I was unaware of and didn't sign up for. The team helped with the misunderstanding and I’m now waiting for a refund. I’ll leave an update review one refund has gone through.

I purchased a lamp for €9.99 on their site which turned out to be a scam. After withdrawing the money from the account I realized that it was a sign up for a subscription that I had not signed up for. I contacted the company several times to ask for clarification and a refund and they promised me what I had asked for, however this morning I received a notification regarding a withdrawal of €47. Fortunately my card is blocked and for this reason I will report the everything to the police. DON'T BE FOOLED!

Update:
after contacting support and asking for further explanations they replied that they would refund me the entire amount. I await the refund.

Kitchenshop uses Shein name to scam people I paid money I want refund because I feel that I have been scammed please refund my money I have send you email

1 star because i cant leave less, i answered an advert for a smart Vacuum and i end up with a membership to a club there is no mention of in the avert asked for a refund and im being refused as i "Signed up" its a complete scam so AVOID AVOID AVOID,i paid on a credit card so am in the process of trying to get my money back that way

Do not attempt to buy any products from this company, they get you to fill out all the usual form to order a product but this is to sign up to a membership NOT to purchase the product, they then sign up up to ‘a membership’ with apparently credit to buy products.

don't tell you it's a subscription customer service very helpful

A refund was requested because I wasn't able to use my credits due to a hospital visit, the credit was resolved very quickly and I think the company since early for this and I'm sorry for the fact that I was rushed into hospital for emergency treatment.
I will subscribe at a better time, once I am well

This is a con ,they e mailed me telling me i had a parcel due for delivery .Can i please have my money back .

The chat support of the website is great when it comes to inquiries, they even called me even when they're from a different country. I am thankful for solutions regarding my problem.
