Went from Great to Worst Experience ever!
I've recently ordered 2 packages from the store that worked out perfectly (5 stars), so I decided to make another order as it all worked out so well. Mistake!
My order was delivered to a collection point (8 Dec), went to pick it up, but someone got receipt of it (11 Dec). :(
Wrote to their Support (12 Dec), then got a fantastic response in-the-lines of "Thank you for your inquiry. It has been delivered. Your problem, so contact the police".
Nothing about: Tried to locate it, looked in our system, contacted our vendors, or anything! How does someone even contact the police to start such a case and what a hassle! Most companies usually offer guidance, resolve the issue, or just make it as painless for the customer as possible. This is really a horrible experience, especially since I don't even know where to start.
What started as a great experience has turned very sour and I won't be buying from them again or recommending this company.
Will not and cannot recommend due to the stress that might be cause from unreliable service or bad customer service! This order was only for 140 Dkr (including delivery that I was happy to pay for), but then I imagine if it was the 1100 Dkr order. Not cool!

Deceptive & Unresponsive to Emails
Worst service ever. Do nit waste your time. They do NOT deliver within the time frame promised - under any remote stretch of excuse or imagination. Then, if you return? They say your RISK a return charge. If you inquire further, they ignore and charge exorbitant fees. Shame they are a place that thrives on lack of transparency.

Never Again
Their products are always good once received BUT they say one to two day delivery - which never happens. First time I ordered, I waited even though the product was needed quickly. It came after 4 days, not 1-2. This time, I needed a lamp shade fast, before our house guests came. It said two day delivery. The next day after ordering I get an email saying 5 days so I try to cancel. No response from them. Hadn't shipped yet. I went and bought a shade elsewhere. Sent another email and told them to cancel, within 30 min BRING delivery sends a message saying they received notice it will ship. Their customer service writes right afterwards and says it will ship that day, and now it is too late. It didn't ship for FOUR MORE DAYS. It was 7 full days after ordering before it was at a pakkeshop. I refuse to pick it up and will let my bank know no delivery was accepted, if charged. Poor service. Who lies about shipping fast then won't allow a cancelation when they don't follow through with promised delivery?! Never again will I buy from KitchenTime.dk.
No response
I’ve not gotten a response on one of my emails yet. One of my packages have been sent back with fully paid items, but they have failed to reach back to me, on how I can get my package sent back to me again, as I was incapable of picking the package up when I had it. Fully aware of the big blunder and pure idiocy on my side, but when illness is transparent in your relations, you tend to become forgetful. Though I apologise for that, I would really appreciate if you checked my email.

Poorest custome service that beyond anyone's imgaination. Our pasta machine was broken and I contacted them in the end of June, it is 19th , September now and they still haven't solved the problem. What's worse, they BARELY reply email. When they finally replied, firstly they asked if I could accept half refund, I refused because we simply can't use the machine anymore. They accepted it in the end, BUT! until today (19th, September ) I still haven't received the refund, and I wrote to them again and again, they won't reply anymore. I've bought things online for many years, seriously, this is the worst experience EVER!!!!! Kitchentime staff ( customer service people who called Alice and Julia ), look at your poor service!
