Simon from Kite Mortgages was recommended to us by a friend, and he didn't disappoint!

As first time buyers, we had lots of questions about the process of buying. Simon was very patient and helpful with answering all of them, and continued to stay in touch and offer advice throughout the whole process of buying our first home.

Simon acted quickly to secure best available rates for me which were better than rates found by a larger broker firm that I had used previously and he made it a stress free process

Absolutely could not recommend Simon at Kite Mortgages more if I tried. I was recommended through a friend after using a much larger broker who were extremely unhelpful. The experience was so much better and Simon was so helpful throughout. I will definitely be using Kite for any future mortgages (and probably general questions about anything to do with the purchasing of houses, as he seems to know more than my solicitor!).
