Honest review from an ex squaddie.
I'm a British armed forces veteran of 8 yrs and the SAS combat smock which I received is IMHO the best smock that I've owned.
Great quality, great price and speedy delivery.

Third class pathetic customer service long delayed in complete order
Long delayed in complete order, items don’t have any tags neither card board or labels attached. Owner says they don’t have any labels or tags on their items. You have to take their word items are new. FedEx as a delivery company was absolutely pathetic.Open crushed box items missing, no instructions followed. Missing items were provided and original delivery charges refunded.
Initially I thought Customer service can improve a lot but after leaving the review, I received a 22 minutes long call threatening no more orders for me if I didn’t change my review to 3 or 4 star, then questioning my ethnicity for leaving a 1 star review, asking if my child had ADHD because he was upset for the long delay, and when the 22 minutes abusive behaviour didn’t intimidate, threats turned into bribe, I was offered a MTP Smock to change my review to a 3 or 4 star review.
FedEx scheduled delivery slot was in the morning which we waited but it was delivered in the evening around 5.
False accusations that I begged for a delivery refund, it was offered.
Initially nothing was mentioned on the website that the owner is on holiday,
He falsely claimed that it was mentioned on the website but then changed it to socials.
Even after coming back from holiday our order was sent after a week because he only visited his warehouse only 2 days in a week and wasn’t bothered to send our order early, despite already multiple weeks late.
I believe now that the customer service is third class, pathetic and disgusting and I think non existent.

Fedex as a company delivered your item one day after collection, as for the "opened crushed box", it was simply a DHL Size 4 Box cellotaped over, recycling is good for the environment. Yes the missing items were provided. As for the overall customer service alot of calls were entertained to remedy a solution especially after you begged and pleaded for a refund of postage, but we'llt take your feedback onboard sir. As for labels, in the textile industry especially from small companies such as ours alot of tailored goods do not have "tags with barcodes", if you think your items are "used" and can't take our word for it, or use your own common sense on examining items are new condition?
I wanted a multi purpose bag.

Case A ordered, Case B delivered
I ordered Case A and got Case B. I'm now stuck with 7 meals that I can't eat without puking for days and will have to give away or try to sell on.
Will stick to UK & European meals from now on. Very expensive lesson learned.
