Great Kit, great company, terrible delivery(FedEx).
They apparently tried to deliver to my home address but couldn’t, so I re-arranged it to a drop off point. It was at this point t it was all lost in the system. It was only that I went back two days in a row to check and it was there. Still a week later, FedEx could not find any detail of what happened to my parcel.

Quality item and great experience.

I used this as my day sack on a recent 8 day walk along the Ridgeway.
It certainly had ample space and the various pouches and pockets made it easy to organise my gear.
I’ll certainly be using it on future trips.

I recently purchased an SAS smock, size M, black, from your online store. The smock arrived, it's just as it is shown in the picture. It's a very substantial jacket, heavy and obviously well-made. I haven't had the chance to wear it yet, but I think it's the perfect outerwear for travelling, hiking, and generally being out and about.

I would only change or add several little details:

1. Investing in better-quality drawstrings and toggle buttons that are a bit sturdier would elevate the price, look, and feel of the smock.

2. Investing in better-quality size and property tags on the inside instead of the nylon white ones with black letters would also elevate the overall look of the smock.

3. Adding a pair of zipper pulls to the forward closure would make the jacket more convenient.

I am strongly considering buying an olive green one. Thanks again for the great product!

Really good quality bag. Better than I thought it was going to be.

Easy to order, fast order processing and delivery, product looks as advertised but still to be tested.

My first time using KitPimp. I received good, quick service from them. Yet to go out with the pack but it is well put together and feels comfortable. It certainly should meet my needs.

Really nice item, far superior to the issued smock, feels durable. Useful pockets in all the right places, can carry heaps of kit and not be ungainly. Good adjustment options to get it fitting just right, as well as getting layers underneath.
It might sound daft, but the olive green is a nice shade, some places claim an item is olive green, only for it to be pea green and awful looking. This is spot on, I'll be getting a black one for work I reckon.

Arrived very promptly very satisfied with my purchase , however I think your smock may be enhanced if it had cuffs rather than open sleeves with velcro tightening and I would've gladly paid more for your product .
