I Booked a 4 flight trip return to Germany with 4 different couriers involved through KIWI... BA cancelled the final return leg (No probs i hear you say) ... i asked for a refund for that flight to book another. Heard nothing for 3 weeks and when i contacted Kiwi i was told they had cancelled ALL the flights as its their policy NOT to give partial refunds. ... Had i not asked i would never have known 1 of the couriers have already refused a refund as they have done nothing wrong, i could potentially lose everything now because of this Company and need to wait 3/6 months now ... DONT NOT USE THEM.!!

I booked a flight from Busan to Fukuoka to Sapporo through KIWIDOTCOM.
My wife suddenly had a miscarriage and I couldn't go on a trip. I asked for a refund for the flight, but I received a reply from KIWIDOTCOM that it was not possible.
It's hard both physically and mentally, but it's even harder because of KIWIDOTCOM.
I'm really upset and hope it gets resolved as soon as possible.

I bought a ticket from Kiwi about a month ago, and asked for a refund without the ticket being issued. However, Kiwi has so far repeatedly told me to keep waiting without taking any action. They keep telling me to trust and wait, but the service is really incredible. I contact the airline directly and check that the payment hasn't been made, but Kiwi continues to lie that the airline hasn't answered. Process my refund quickly.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of resolution from this company regarding my refund. Despite clear evidence from the airline confirming the refund, I have not received it. This marks my second review, and regrettably, my issues remains unaddressed. My attempts to resolve the issue were consistently redirected to their website to submit "proof" which I did in multiple occasions. Despite my multiple submissions, They never reached out to me. It was only after I shared my experience in a review that the company finally contacted me, acknowledging their obligation to refund me, yet I never received my money.

While the customer service representative was polite and claimed to have initiated the refund, the money never reached me. I find it unfair that this company only took action on my refund request after a negative review. This behavior reflects poorly on their customer service practices and raises concerns about their commitment to fair policies.

I booked a returning flight. They said my returning flight would be cancelled but it didnt. But they are not refunding me the first flight (it was cancelled by Jetstar) I dont know why Kiwi is a scam

We made reservation with Kiwi for Tarom flight, Booking ID 454484184 .

The flight was cancelled by Tarom.
We paid $591.
Kiwi sent us back only $400.25.

We contacted Tarom and they told us they gave Kiwi ALL the money back.

Kiwi is holding the rest of our money and refusing to pay back.

Please pay attention. If you buy flights using kiwi website you have to spend loads of time verifying your identity with the airlines. It requires making pictures of your document and signature. You have limited number of attempts. If you do not succeed you have to check in in in the airport which involves paying £50 per ticket. AVOID!

Kiwi is an official scaming agent. I bought a flight through kiwi and I was sent an official ticket. 2 days later my flight was cancelled and i was given an option to pay additional 132 euros to rebook which I did. Again, 2 days later thesame flight was canceled and the alternatives were 1320 euros which I refused and requested a refund. I was told that the best use the kiwi credit as I will get my money back instantly and can rebook another flight which I did. Unknowingly, this option is 100 euros which is 10 percent of what I paid. I tried to rebook another flight for a similar amount (1030 euros) but kiwi was asking an additional 900 euros. Worst still, the agents where very rude (similar to showing me thier middle finger). I just lost my money, kiwi does not even consider how people feel, how can a service company be this inhuman?
PLEASE, SPREAD THE WORD, POST IT ON NEWS PAPERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA. KIWI IS A SCAM. I JUST LOST MY MONEY AND BE SURE IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO.LETS GO VIRAL

Here, I had the worst experience. Due to visa problems, I had to cancel my flight, which I did online. After submitting a successful online refund request, I attempted phoning the next day but nobody picked up, and it seemed like all of your complaints were ignored. It is a waste of time, money, and effort all around. This business is unreliable, cannot be trusted.Until now, I have not received any message from Kiwi. There is no way I could suggest this business to a friend.

The Kiwi.com refund is the worst.
I purchased a ticket through 4 stops to Brisbane, Australia on November 5, 2023 on Kiwi.com, but requested cancellation due to a change in schedule.
Of the four stops, the flight ticket from Seoul to Dalat, Vietnam was canceled, but refunds were not possible for the remaining three stops. .
I don't understand how to get to VietJet Air's next stops, Ho Chi Minh and Brisbane, and I can't even go to Seoul, so I don't understand how
they are asking me to use my return ticket from Australia to Korea.
I complained to Kiwi.com about this situation, and Kiwi.com only responded that they are continuing to request a refund from Vietnam Airlines.
As for Jetstar airline tickets, the customer is responsible for contacting the airline directly to obtain a refund certificate and submit it to Kiwi.com .
It's frustrating whether I have to keep waiting for Kiwi.com to give me a refund or just drag my feet and ask for a refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but this is not possible.
The last time I had to buy a new ticket right at the airport because the airline could not locate the booking. This time I am not able to the check-in and they tell me on the phone it is because I did not pay for the premium service.

They said the refund would be processed on August 6th and the refund would be received as a credit. But the refund hasn't arrived yet. So I inquired twice but did not receive a reply. Worst experience. I booked a trip from Tel Aviv from their website with the Wizz company, and because of the war, I was informed that the trip from Tel Aviv was cancelled, and that I must wait 3 months for the amount to be returned to me, knowing that the Wizz company during this period returns the amount within a week, and I submitted a request on 10/17. Until now, I have not received any message from Kiwi

BAD !!!! They create Fake 5 stars reviews.
They will not inform you about flight cancelation from airline !!!!! We have a war here in Israel and not a Single Airline is flying in at the moment. What they did is : I called them 5 times yesterday and they tell me THAT MY FLIGHT IS ACTIVE!!!! Imagine - they send me to airport in the night during a war!!!!!! Although the airline was officially announcing that ALL flights were canceled! Now Kiwi will cash my refund from airline but informed me that I dont have the right to get it ! Can you imagine this ? Why such criminal companies which steal and ly to you still work and go on with criminal activities? Because its an online company and difficult to accuse someone there.

You get a lot of immediate answers which might give you the feeling that the take very well care. But that is a part of the concept - to build trust . All Airlines reimbursed without any question because Israel is in a war. Kiwi is making money out of us travelers.
I called Aegean airline as well to ask them what can I do . They told me that KIWI is very very well known for their tricks and they told me to do an escalation - that future clients will stop to use this KIWI company. But they answer from India , what can I do ?
Pleass look at their facebook side and read how many people got betrayed.

I booked two flights from Incheon to Sappro (round tickets). And I wanted to cancel the tickets. But KIWI just insisted that the refund is not guaranteed. And it will take up to 3 months. It's TERRIBLE!!!!! I also called the customer service center,but the counselor said " I can't guarantee not only the refund cost, but also the date when the refund fee gets back.
