We decided to change our boiler a month after moving into our new home because of how dated and inefficient the old one was.

Kev himself came over and built the most cost efficient system considering our tight financial situation and installed a new modern boiler unit.

Post installation, there were a myriad of issues with error codes that sound like the fighter jets that the military use. But throughout the whole process Kev never gave up on us. He kept popping over himself to diagnose the issues trying various fixes until it finally worked. To this day the boiler is humming along fine without any issues. Even if something shows up, I can rest knowing that Kev and his team will sort it sooner rather than later.

We had a difficult experience with Kev Jones Heating & Plumbing at first. Things didn’t go as we hoped — there were problems with the wiring and a radiator that didn’t work.

But Kev and his team didn’t give up. They kept looking for solutions, and with Kev and Paul’s help, everything was eventually fixed.

We’re now warm and comfortable, and hopefully we won’t have any more issues in the future.
