Scam never sent me my item responded a couple of times only to string me along hope they burn in the pits

Ordered 2 watches on June 16. Never received my watches and get no responses from kloumer.
Do not order anything from this website or this named company. Obviously it’s a scam and the website should not exist. If I ever receive the paid for watches I will post again.

I placed the order on the 27/04/25, I received a email confirming my order had gone through and email would follow with delivery details, in May I received a email advising there was delay due to Tarriff charges etc and I be kept updated, we are now on 04/08/ I still haven't received my order its a absolute joke... the item I ordered was supposed to be a present for son as it was his birthday in April we are now in August, Whn I was origfinally tracking the order it was showing status in transit, its now showing in Processing(1)

Absolutely a scam. Ordered and never received. Now I can't even get on the website. This site is trash.

Scammers. Give false tracking numbers and products never arrive. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Scam, do not buy anything from here. And if you are able, or know how to make a website be taken down please do so. This is no hate to this website or “company” but me being exciting about being able to buy “quality” watches at a low cost, I made a big purchase. They sent many email saying it was delay, and once I asked for a refund they stopped replying. Please don’t fall for this crap. All other reviews that give them high stars are fake. Also report them if you can.

Unfortunately I read the reviews after I ordered the watch.I also have been scammed. Six weeks no watch and no reply.careful I think they changes names. Facebook need to investigate these people 🤬

They are a fraud, just like other people i keep getting emails saying its about to ship but never does.

Purchased watch on April 4,2025. Received repeated emails that the product was on its way but never given a tracking number. I made a dozen inquiries for an update and never received a reply. I requested a refund and that's when they stopped sending emails! If they ever advertise on Facebook again, I'll be filing a request to block out these assholes!

Placed my order in January2025 and they’ve sent the wrong product very late. When emailed they said they would send a new one and still nothing. Been nearly 6 months and still do not have the watch I ordered. They won’t reply to my DM’s and emails now.

I placed an order in march 2025 and i paid for it as well ..it’s been nearly 3 months I didn’t get the product..Last month they emailed me saying apologies about the delays for the shipping and they gonna add something on top of the watch as a complimentery ..But yet I didn’t receive my product .here’s my order number 3A5V655621226 ..i tried to email them 2/3 times but no response from them at all ..Very disappointing and didn’t expect such scam from you guys ..Shame !

Scammers, fake tracking numbers and an automated email saying my product will be delivered within 5 days every 2 weeks. Been waiting for 4 months, no refund and no replies.

Scammers avoid at all costs. Don’t send product.

THEY ONLY UPDATE FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS WHICH SHOW NO UPDATES. NO PROOF THAT ANY ITEM IS SHIPPED AT ALL.
AVOID DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KLOUMAR.

Ordered a pair of watches on 12th April (writing this on 27th May) and received nothing but empty promises and apologies for my £69.98.
No recourse for a refund even though requested it twice.
I would include email screenshots if I could.

Scam! For anyone who hasnt received their order, go to your bank and raise a dispute, do not just accept it. This will block the sellers bank account and you will be refunded!

Biggest bullshit Shopify store out there. Its been a month and I have received is a message saying thank you for your order.
They dont get back to email or instagram DM's. Its a scam. Beware. Dont waste money.
