This is a scam website. Bought my watch 2 months ago and been sending multiple emails to get a follow up to refund. They just ignore me. Please don’t waste your money like me lol.

I purchased a watch from Kloumar several months ago. Over the course of these months, I received at least six messages informing me that, due to tariffs, my shipment to the US was being delayed. I repeatedly requested a refund, but I have yet to receive either the item or my money back. Despite my efforts, I continue to receive emails claiming that my order will be shipped in 2, 3, or more days, but nothing has been fulfilled. The company has failed to acknowledge or honor my refund request, and I believe I have been scammed. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone, as they have been unresponsive and untrustworthy throughout this process. Buyers please beware of this Company!

This is a no-ship store. They're profiting off people who don't fulfill refunds with their bank/credit card provider. They will send automated emails to you prolonging your order for months. DO NOT ORDER.

Absolutely scam!! Scam!! Scam!! I ordered from February! Since then I got nothing! All I been getting was email from them apologising for the delays each time they keep emailing to say it is being shipped and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days and nothing!! They are Scam! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! SINCE FEBRUARY I STILL GOT NOTHING! even ordering from the Chinese it would arrive within few weeks. But this they do nothing and make excuses over fake shipping and orders its a lies!!

Order placed on the 10/04/25 and all I have received from them are Bullshit emails about problems with couriers!

Even after multiple emails sent still have not got any tracking info etc..

Thankfully my bank will deal with them and get me full refund for this scam!

They scammed me and a couple others I spoke to, I bought a watch from them (luckily only one) months ago and it still hasn’t shipped, reached out to them multiple times and still haven’t gotten a response. Do not buy from this scammer

I ordered from Kloumar.com on March 12, and as of today (April 27), I have received absolutely nothing. I emailed them 5–6 times with no response whatsoever. They provided a fake tracking number that doesn’t even work. After waiting patiently for over a month, I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company today. This site looks like just another poorly run, newbie dropshipping operation. I would not recommend buying from them save your time, money, and frustration.

Ordered March 22 and got nothing and it’s already April 22. Emailed them twice and dm’ed the Instagram page to no avail. Filed a dispute on my credit card. Looks like just another newbie drop shipping website.

This is fake.. Kloumar just taking people’s money and vanish.

Scam Don’t but anything from them or any vendors off Facebook, They will take your money and you wont get a thing shipped. Beware!

Wish I could rate this minus 0; don’t fall for the scam. They didn’t send the 2 watches and wrote emails saying they are sending it. I spent a lot of money on these watches and I’m very disappointed.

The black dial with Roman numerals reminds me of an old Cartier I used to own—obviously not the same price tag, but the visual appeal is definitely there.
