I bought a set of knit-pro knitting needles at a craft fair recently and absolutely loved them, but I was looking for circular needles with a longer wire. I couldn't find them anywhere, until I came across McIntosh! Perfect product and quick delivery considering this is a one-man business. Very happy, will be back again!

First time using Mcintosh. I ordered some new interchangeable crochet hooks. They arrived quickly, were well packaged and every part of the process from ordering to recieving my parcel had a lovely personal touch. Very impressed. Will use again in future and definitely recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent one man company, quick delivery and cannot fault communication. I ordered a 'preorder item' back in July, for delivery at end of Sept, item was delivered beginning of September. Because of this, I have already made and received a 2nd order.

I am so happy with the customer service and communication from this company. My original order was lost by Evri (not McIntosh’s fault at all) and after emailing James replied within the hour and sent me out a replacement for free and posted it so quickly. Very friendly and great communication. Would definitely recommend!
