Great experience

First of all, I'd like to extend gratitude to the team at Kollyy for their impeccable customer service. The assistance I received throughout the shopping process was a plus in the experience.
Now, onto the outfits themselves – simply stunning! The quality of the clothing exceeded my expectations, and each piece I received was even more beautiful in person than it appeared on the website.

refund scam

I ordered 2 dresses and they were too big so i requested a return label been over a week and I still haven't gotten any return label. They have a 2 week return policy so I don't know what to do. Don't recommend.

We are not a scam, we are a legitimate company. All Purchases (except bras, bikinis, swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Upon checking, we have never received your return request before. If you have contacted us before to return items, please contact our customer service center and provide us with relevant screenshots. We will forward your feedback to our relevant department for further checking.

Regarding size issue, there is a size chart under the product details of each item. If the measurement of your received item is not the same as the corresponding size chart, then could you measure it with a measuring tool and send the photos to our customer service center? I ordered two dresses they took well…

I ordered two dresses they took well over two weeks to arrive. The quality of the clothing wasn’t great, tried to make a return (and still trying). Their website says my order number and email address doesn’t match when it’s the one that was use. I just want to return the dresses and can’t PLUS they only give a 14 days return window and it’s been a week. Terrible terrible experience.

The clothing quality is unreal!! They are just like their images! I was worried about the quality and fit of their clothing as it's an affordable brand, but the quality is just amazing. All the clothes feel expensive and they fit so perfectly! I love the range of clothing and different styles on their website, there's something for everyone on here! I would highly recommend!!
