Unfortunately, it appears that an error occurred at our logistics center, which resulted in you receiving the wrong item. We fully understand how frustrating this must be.

Of course, this is not the experience we aim to provide. We are currently investigating how this could have happened to prevent similar issues in the future.

To make this right, we have arranged a refund for you for the wrong item. You may also keep the item you received, so you have an extra part available.
