Like most others, I ordered items & received confirmation email that items had shipped with 48 delivery. Absolute rubbish. A week later no delivery. No answers to repeated emails. No phone number. No refund. No more business from me or anyone else that has any sense. Wish I had seen the earlier reviews first!

Same as others. Should have read reviews. Tracking number is fake, does not exist. No delivery and no reply. Lost the money as order was less that £100 so can't get money back from credit card company.

ordered 2 items from this company. was gives 2-4 days amazon standard shipping, however nothing come through the post. sent out emails regarding the status of my order, no reply. tried tracking my order countless times, order status shows ‘unknown’ on ‘shop’ and ‘amazon tracking’ . i then thought to check reviews as i was unsure wether everyone had this same problem or not, i wish i’d done this before i ordered. this company is a scam please please do not order from here, luckily i have only lost £10 through this fraud but i do advise others not to purchase anything off here as you may lose out on much more than i did.

had a full refund without having to ask or beg- fair play🙄. sent email asking for order status and one day later sent a refund- no reply off then tho, how strange. i still don’t advise ordering from here, stay safe from these scammers!!

Ordered goods to the value of £91.56 from Konnec on 16th August. Received confirmation and Amazon Shipping number '1 to 2 day delivery'. No goods received, Amazon no knowledge, shipping number not recognised (by Australian company), no reply to emails. Should have looked at Konnec before placing order and stayed well clear.

I bought a product from this company - it never arrived and they never responded to any emails or contact request. SCAM.

Rang the courier for this company and got an emergency service in Australia!!!!!

My review is -100 as they are disgusting. They e mailed me say they had sent a refund and if not received to contact they. Well no refund and no reply when e mailed so now gone to trading standards to get them to stop trading. They are disgusting and blaming Evri delivery of who I have never had a problem. Please please do not order from them as they put fake good reviews on and do not send you goods but take your money.

Order not fulfilled and no reply to messages sent.
If you have not received your goods as indicated on your order summary,mine stated Standard 2-4 days (Amazon Shipping 48hours), contact your card provider's Dispute Team (Lloyd's tel. no. is 0345 124 1375) and ask for a payment reversal.
This is a dreadful company to deal with. I wonder if Amazon is aware of its shortcomings.

one wrong item sent, and that item (can of paint) was damaged and leaking out!

contacted trader within five minutes of order being delivered, and again shortly after with photos of received order.

rather predictably, no reply to emails.

sole director resigned their company roles on 20th August so how can this company still be trading?

How is this company still allowed to operate. I ordered a product. they did not deliver it and they will not give me my money back they won't reply to anything. they do not have a phone number. how is this allowed???

I read the bad reviews after I had placed my order, so I was a wee bit worried. However my order arrived 5 days later. As we were not at home, the driver called me to ask where to leave the parcel.

I have never ordered from this company but a charge appeared on my card. I believe the store may be a front for card fraud.

I have never bought from this company but they have debited my bank account today for £77! Reported as fraud.

Do not use - ordered bird seed, got email confirming had been shipped, tracking company takes you to an Australian delivery website or to use an app called shop - tracking not recognised on either, no answer to emails. Raised a charge back through CC company.

Order not delivered in the promised timescale. Tracking link does not work. Response to contact form states "response usually within 24 business hours". I'm still waiting.
There's no telephone number or email address. Not a very satisfactory way to communicate.
An update. I eventually received an email agreeing to credit my payment back to my card. 5 weeks later and I am still waiting. The credit card company are now seeking the return of the money.

I ordered some weed killer it did not arrive. They don't answer emails. You can't phone them. I suspect I have been robbed.

They say buy now get delivered tomorrow paid for item 5 days ago and they will not even reply to emails about item

Ordered my product over a week ago on a 3-4 day shipping. Got sent a tracking number that does not work. No reply to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Exceedingly happy with the overall service, ordered this week, constant emails to keep me informed, arrived as informed, very happy with the price. Gave me leaflet to scan unfortunately my phone doesn't scan, so looked on here.
