Konnec 

Made an order in 2022 around aug-september. Since then, I did not hear from them. No parcel shipped, barely responded to my mail and came up with a pathetic excuse : “wrong email adress”.
Told me they issued a refund and that I should see it in about 5 days. 1 year has passed and I have yet to see a refund.
This review is 1 year late, didnt bother then to leave a rating. However, I saw the sheer amount of bad reviews and wanted to leave this as a testament for other ppl to be careful with this company.

dont buy from them

bought something 2 weeks ago meaning to arrive in 48 hours, still nothing!

they dont have a phone number either!

Placed order 3/18/23. Have not received my order and cannot get any response. No way to contact anyone about this matter.

Under no circumstances should you buy anything from these people. They are scammers. You will not receive whatever you have paid for. Hint - their name says it all KONNec.

I paid for paint in August and up till end of September still hadn't received it I had asked in August I wanted a refund I never got it
I had to go through my bank Santander fraud dept to step in who did after a while get my money back but no messages from this co of apology they are not worth the one star.
They should never ever be trading to the public there on artists

paid for goods never received, promised refund, yeah right , NOTHING false promises then no communication from them, robbing disgraceful company who take peoples hard earned cash

I finally got my money back going through my Bank, who paid me back on a short term basis until the claim was completed, which was successfully, if you any one has not had a refund actioned by konnec, please contact your Bank. But I would avoid buying from this Company, as they are fraudsters. I hope this helps anyone.

This is a follow up to my previous review just update that I've finally got my money refunded by going through the small claims process. It costs £35 which in my opinion was money well spent as Konnec have had to pay this too! Clearly I wont be using them again!

I tried to login into Konnec and the company site has closed down without refunding my money. They've probably just done this so they dont have to pay money to people then they'll reappear.

Ordered kitchen mop heads, goods delayed said having problems, chased further, said would credit me, never did. I expect this is how they make their money.
For £12.89 not my time worth progressing. I suppose should have looked at their Review's first :-(

Con artist company who tried to get away with posting fake reviews on Feefo. I reported them to Feefo and they have been removed from their site. Tells you everything you need to know about these fraudsters

I ordered 3 pots of Ronseal fence paint which never arrived. I contacted customer services and was given some spiel about emails being sent to the wrong place and as a gesture of good will they'd refund me and if the order ever arrived, I could keep it. They never refunded me and the order never arrived. Every time I contacted them I was given the same lies. The matter was reported as fraud.

Joke this company is, reviews on their site such lies Should have looked up TrP 1st...product never arrived, in the end my bank had to get my refund back in a dispute after nearly 3mths of back and forth w their cx service who just copy paste trouble shooting templates.

Ordered 3 times nothing arrived. Lots of emails,same excuses as everyone else on here. Portal,claim it back of my bank,no proof they even sent my orders out!
Even sent me details of another customer!!!! Absolutely shocking.....its theft !!!!

Ordered a fan in August. No fan received not any response to my Emails.
Tracking link given leads to an Australian company and the tracking number is not recognised.

Placed my order on 21st August and still waiting for delivery. Have contacted Konnec several times but get no reply. Will be contacting Amex for a refund - do not order from them!
