It would be zero stars but I had to put 1 to be able to post a review.
I ordered a Hozelock cart with garden hose. I was thought the price might be too good to be true so I paid by credit card for the buyer protection.
I found reviews here and I wasn’t surprised, as people are saying exactly the same as what happened with my order.
They allocate a tracking number with Amazon Shipping (they also sell on Amazon) but they don’t dispatch your order.
The link in the email takes you to an Australian tracking website where, of course, the number isn’t recognised.
I managed to track the Amazon shipping number with the AfterShip app on my phone and it showed the stagnant status of label generated, which hasn’t changed to this day.
I phoned Amazon customer services who confirmed they haven’t had my order from Konnec.
I explained how this company are scamming people and I mentioned these TrustPilot reviews. The Amazon adviser had a look at them and said he was going to escalate the matter to his manager.
I obtained my refund from my credit card company.
AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

Even 1 star is too good for this company, pity there is not a 0 star, ordered a small tin of paint 10 days ago, item has still not arrived and have had no reply to the email I sent, worst company I've ever ordered from, would recommend avoid ordering from them at all costs, as you will only lose your hard earned money,

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Bought 2 x stand alone fans from here a couple of weeks ago. They charged my credit card. I questionned where the fans were. No response. No fans received. Now I have missed the opportunity to buy fans at a better price elsewhere and my baby and I have been hot during the night for several nights as I was expecting the fans to turn up. Awful awful company.

Complete SCAM... Spent over £100... Did not receive my items, and received no response to my complaints.

Ordered and paid on the 18th August, nothing delivered. Avoid this bunch they are terrible. Probably scam

I too have been scammed by Konnec, ordered and paid for an item and never received. It appears that all the good comments have been written by Konnec themselves.
I did some research on UK Gov website Companies House, and found that Konnec Limited had a Director/Secretary named Kanthasamy Sripiragash, born Nov 1991, he resigned on 20th Aug 2022. He has been replaced by Kandiah Jayson, French, born Setember 1994, appointed 20th August 2022
I immediately got on to my bank and cancelled/blocked the card I paid with. I would urge you all to do the same.

Dont touch this company its a scam they have an address in Watford but its fake. They take your money saying goods are on their way but they never arrive. Police have been notified.

Avoid at all cost don't be fooled with the discount offers .
I order a Yale 11 piece alarm kit on 2/8/22 which the quoted a 2 day express delivery very thing seemed fine at first even sent me a tracking number for Evri to this date Evri have still not received it.
I have sent numerous emails to they customer services on a daily basis but are yet to receive a explanation or reply .
Wish I had read the reviews con men stealing honest peoples money .

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!! I placed an order for some paint one week ago. All I got was tracking info for an Australian company. Used the number for Amazon tracking and it only said that a postage slip has been created. They have NO INTENTION OF SENDING MY ORDER! I've emailed six times and have gotten no response!!!

Update: two more angry emails later I got a response. Apparently emails were going somewhere else and they weren't receiving them. Sure. I should get a refund in 5-7 days. AND if my delivery shows up I can keep it as a "gesture of goodwill". We'll see! Tracking shows collection of order from them has been cancelled by courrier. Not holding my breath for that refund. My bank will have to intervene. Just counting days.

I have ordered vape pens and the tracking number is invalid! I have tried to contact to resolve the issue but have heard nothing back! After reading these reviews, it is looking likely that i will have to put in a theft claim with my bank

Product ordered over a week ago still not received! Tracking number does not exist . Emailed today quick response . States sorry for your item not received we have sent you a full refund you will receive this within 5 - 7 days. I gather I am not going to get this from the reviews I have just read wish I had know before ordering you learn from your mistakes. How they are getting away with this is beyond me.

It’s a rubbish company! Please don’t purchase from them even their price is slightly lower than other merchants! I placed order 6 days ago with a 48 hours delivery. However, I received a shipping email one day after but the tracking number is fake! If you search the tracking number on Amazon Delivery, you can’t find the parcel! And Konnec doesn’t have a number to call. They do have an email address but of course no reply! So if you buy things from them, basically you lost your money without getting items!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered an item 2 weeks ago, heard nothing. Was told 2-4 days Amazon shipping. Never arrived- tracking number is invalid. Tried to email numerous times- no answer to any email. I wish I’d have checked the reviews before ordering. STAY AWAY

Konnec, as many of your reviewers have noted, is a scam Company.They take your money but don't deliver your purchase. They boast a friendly customer services team but actually there isn't one. The email address they give is wrong ( ie doesn't exist) and there is no telephone number with which to contact them. Lesson learn't- I lost £51 but in future I will never buy from an online company without ensuring they have a customer services telephone number and that on calling it, somebody from the Company answers the phone.
On no account use Konnec - I repeat, on all the evidence of my experience of them, this is simply a scam to obtain money under false pretences.
How such a Company is allowed to continue trading to unwary customers and is not struck off, I really don't know.

Beware.. Konnec are still taking orders and money without providing goods. Whether they've gone bust or are a sham business I do not know but I checked on Companies House and their director just resigned & was replaced (20 Aug '22) I've only lost about £15 but others have lost so much more. They do not have a phone number to call and just issue automated untraceable 'tracking' to make you think they're sending items out but they never arrive..and there's just auto acknowledment to any Customer Service enquiries. They never actually get back to people though and I can't see them refunding money so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from KONNEC as you'll just be handing your money to people who have no intention of fulfilling your order. It's just been an expensive and concerning life lesson.

I recently posted a review of one star (as I wasn’t able to give none). My order has never arrived and they don’t respond to emails. They then responded to my review blaming problems with couriers (doesn’t stop you having good customer service by hey ho let’s blame someone else). They also said I would get an immediate refund - which I haven’t- or to email them if I hadn’t - but they then gave me an incorrect email address. This company is a con do not use them.

This company gladly accepts your order but you do not get to receive your items. They conveniently blame the courier for the mishap but when you click on the tracking number provided, you are directed to a courier in Australia who does not recognise the tracking number. Absolute garbage.

Ordered hozelock hoze for £65+ on 12th august after numerous enquiries order has still not arrived and tracking number not recognised. Being a pensioner I cannot afford too lose this amount of money but paid through my current account so probably wont get it back. Please avoid this company.
