Awful!!

Awful!!! these are not the items shown online. these are not even cheap copies - but unbelievably bad. They also have an unrealistic return policy that appears intended to not have to process returns. Avoid at all costs. Protect yourself. Paypal do not cover or offer protections and will likely rule that it is an "expectations" or "low quality" matter rather than a "not as described" matter. The worst ever!

I ordered a shirt for my grandson as a…

I ordered a shirt for my grandson as a birthday gift July 23, 2025. Today is Sept. 21, 2025 and I still have not received it. I tried to contact Korsina via their “customer support” and I was told that the item was delivered. They sent a photo of my front door taken by the delivery company, however, it was the WRONG ITEM! I contacted customer support again (via e mail) and was told that they would ship out the correct item. I was then sent an e mail indicating that my item was shipped. I still have not received the item two months later. Do not buy from this company. I think I’ve been scammed.

Fraudulent

Against our better judgment, we ordered a sweater of Thursday. By Saturday our credit union had a $75 fraudulent charge. Banking information had to get completely changed. Do not purchase their products.

Shipment is marked as "shipped". Tracking information is ambiguous. No relevant shipping information (shipping entity, expected date of arrival, current location). Further research shows it being shipped from China.
TLDR: disregard the mom-and-pop shop appearance of the korsina webpage. Its exactly what you'd hope it isn't.

Total scam

Total scam. Never received product. Korsina claimed it was an issue with delivery company (UniUni) and that product was never returned. They offered 30% refund out of ‘generosity’ to fix delivery company error. I don’t know if UniUni is the scammer here and Korsina just won’t fix things or if Korsina & UniUni collaborate on scam. Either way, POOR service. Do not trust them!

Update to address reply. I did not reply to the email on Aug 8, because that email directed me to contact UniUni directly about the delivery issue. I contacted them several times via customer support on their website and by phone, which involved hours of waiting on hold. The result of all of this was that they would attempt re-delivery but the package would be returned after 30 days. When the 30 frustrating days of dealing with UniUni was over, I contacted Korsina about a refund. The response was
“We're sorry to hear that your package could not be delivered. Unfortunately, it was not returned to us and has been disposed of. We were also unable to receive this package.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and understand that you requested a full refund.

However, so sorry that we could not refund you in full base on this situation, we would like to propose a fair solution for both parties:

1. A 30% refund of the purchase price (23.38USD) to your payment account.
2. A 50% coupon code (38USD) as a gesture of goodwill.
We hope this offer helps to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know which option works best for you.“
I asked if UniUni would be the delivery service if I took the coupon offer and was told that they would. I then accepted the 30% refund because that was the best option considering a lawsuit is not really feasible. The fact that I accepted the best of 2 poor options does not mean I was satisfied with the result. I am sorry if you interpreted my polite responses to your communication as an indication that I was satisfied. I will remember to be rude in any future communication, which is not very likely to occur since I do not plan to do business with Korsina ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a SCAM. Ordered shirts July 2. Today is September 16. They made it through all the customs nonsense and had a USPS label created supposedly on August 12. And then they stayed there. If anything was ever sent at all. Support was not helpful. Promised a refund that never arrived. I did get my money refunded with a charge back on my card. But avoid these clowns.

Just awful

They really are awful to deal with. The quality of the clothing is awful, it doesn't appear to be the same type of fabric as advertised on the website. Clothing is flimsy, see through and just not good quality.

They don't really answer questions or queries honestly, often avoiding a direct response to a query and only offer options which suit them more and not the customer.

Korsina.com is a scam.

This company is a scam. They claim that they will deliver in 2-4 weeks. They responded to my first couple of emails then went silent. After 6 weeks, I cancelled the credit card payment. It’s now been 8 weeks and their fake tracking website says the package is still on the way.

Followup: Korsina responded to my complaint on Trustpilot, and claims that I can contact Korsina support. This is not true. I have tried that three times in the past couple weeks, with no response.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company

I ordered 3 shirts from this company. One with a cat riding a dinosaur. one of a crane looking bird and the 3rd a cat with red sun and pagoda type building. The designs are killer and the colors are at least above average to better. The material is like polyester . I read all the specs on the shirts when I ordered them so no surprises. I ordered large. The sleeves where they connect to the body of the shirt are exactly as large should be. Only thing I would have liked was a better acknowledgement of lead time from the beginning. It took 5 weeks to get these. Had the website said 5 weeks I would have known from the beginning. I buy other top brand shirts and they are not without their problems. From what I treceived and the PRICE of these shirts I will order more of these button up type shirts. Sorry other people have had problems with other items.

Horrific quality

Horrific quality.
The designs are gorgeous but beware. The material they use is literally thin plastic rubbish. See through...sweaty in summer and freezing in winter...looks like it won't last a single wash and non of the patchwork or textured items are that, they are acrylic nasty prints made to look like chunky texture or patchwork. Honestly I am currently tly trying to arrange a return and full refund. They are responding but delaying and asking for pictures and suggesting the items have somehow been changed since they were sent out?! Avoid these scammers and dont be sucked in by the fun quirky designs. Such a shame as they could have been great. Instead they are unethical and definitely should be investigated by trading standards. Items are nothing like pictures or descriptions.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I waited 3 months for my shipment, I disputed charges via PayPal, then the items arrived damaged. Because the package was delivered, the dispute was closed and I had no recourse. The sizes were WAY small - not that we could wear them anyway because they have weird staining that looks like grease and won’t come out of the fabric. The seller has NO INTEREST in making it right. This is what I get for ordering anything from China.

Sizes were 15 cm small also some of size charts different sizes for 3xl

All shirts were 6 inches small around chest stated size for 3xl was 56 inch around. All were 50-50.5 inch the returns process VERY difficult , l had to drag the information out of them The shirts and materials themselves were ok for the price and printing was ok but but after sales useless and product size info totally inaccurate would have given 4 stars otherwise

looks good, poor materials.

the design / printing actually looks good on the shirts I received. But the materials are NOT linen. At all. Not a blend. 100% polyester. They know this won't sell and that the return process is too painful.
