We got an invoice for £105 for a 20 minute visit. The guy who came round was very helpful, but there was no mention beforehand that there would be a call out charge. The price seems a bit steep, especially as the engineer told me that Koziwarm would not be able to do the work anyway. We ended up paying £105 for a couple of photos.

Adam one of your Engineers came today to replace my unserviceable toilet flush. This turned out to be far from straightforward as it turned out. He is to be commended for doing an excellent job and is a credit to his company. On the basis of what I have seen today I would not hesitate in recommending Koziwarm for your plumbing and heating issues.

I had Dave Wilkinson today to service my boiler. Well mannered & professional. Ive had Koziwarm Engineers out for the last maybe 5yrs. Always professional and never a problem to hard to fix. Which they have during winter. Cheers Dave.

This company came to fix a faulty shower and a dripping boiler pipe.

They declared that the shower would need replacing and so would the boiler.

They provided quotes for both.

The shower WAS repaired by another company, and Koziwarm's quote for the boiler was the most expensive.

They then had the cheek to charge for the quotes.
Yes, you did read that correctly.

There are many plumber and gas engineers in Colchester and the surrounding areas.

I'll be using a different one in future.

Absolutely terrible, would not recommend.

We have just moved home and had a boiler issue. We called for an emergency visit from Koziwarm and Adam arrived within 20 minutes and sorted our issue you out. Then we arranged for a service and overall which was completed within in a day by Lewis and the team. Amazing service and friendly professional company who charge a very reasonable price!! That’s why we’ve been with this company for years now. Thanks from Paul & Joanne Hyman from Medburn.

Moved into an old period property, Koziwarm were so helpful on the phone, sent out 2 engineers, Liam and Harry, who were just amazing. Happy, tidy and polite and answered all my stupid questions. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!

Kevin from koziwarm fitted a Worcester boiler and flushed the system and had for a decade given annual services at half the cost of others with great attention.

I have given 5 stars as this firm are the best I have dealt with in my 68 years

I honestly wont recommed Koziwarm to any one considering the issues I have had with the boiler purchase and the ongoing issues.

The rudest customer service and outright lied to us. Would never recommend. Utter joke

We have a 6 year prepaid service plan.
In the last 5 years the engineer has only arrived on the prebooked date ONCE.
This year has been an absolute shambles and made me feel the need to offset some of our frustration by writing a review.
3 weeks ago we were booked to be called at 4pm to say the engineer woudn't be calling and we re-arranged for last Monday for an am call - at 1pm he arrived to then inform us that he wasn't qualified to service an LPG boiler and wouldn't be able to service it. My husband had taken 2 Mondays off work to accomodate these bookings - the office eventually rang to apologise and promised that the engineer would arrive today between 8.30 and 10.00 and I have taken the morning off work.
He still has not arrived.
After a phone call I have been informed that he is travelling to us now???
Don't buy a prepaid service plan direct from Koziwarm.
They look after Scottish Power customers much better - my mum has her plan with them and it is Koziwarm who attend (obviously wouldn't want to lose the contract).
I have better things to do with my life/ day off than wait for a service engineer - 3 Mondays lost not to be regained.
If he fails to turn up today another review shall be made.

Had a complete new heating system fitted a year ago and its never been right its been leaking more than its been working, 2 weeks ago a engineer came to look at the leaking again and not heard a thing since, carpet and wood flooring are now ruined not to mention that after they first fitted the system they nearly burned the house down no joke , just a joke of a company

Koziwarm are one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. Their team were polite and hard-working - really impressed!

From first phone call to completion, complete satisfaction.
Moving into a 400 year old cottage, with solid fuel burner, heating a back boiler.
This is the only company I spoke with who understood the requirements to decommission and install an electric boiler.
Steve surveyed within 4 days, none of the usual this will be a problem etc, just said all straight forward!
The engineers arrived, immediately gave me confidence with their comments and advice working in a period cottage.
The work is absolutely top notch, worked with courteously through the visit, ensuring we were completely happy!
A first class company who are very competitively priced!

Koziwarm installed my Worcester Bosch boiler many years ago now at a great price and did a fantastic job !.
From installation then year on year they service at an also completive price spending time discussing what they do and why .
Jake has being doing the annual service for a number of years and he is one of the nicest ,efficient and pleasant people I have dealt with as is his father Kevin the company owner.

Simon and team work efficiently and quickly with great communication to fix any issue we have as always. Had no heating and hot water with one part quite hard to source, ended up being without heating and hot water for a few days bit Simon kept us in the loop and let himself in to repair the boiler when i was out at work. Highly recommend.

Used this company several times and each time I have been impressed. Had a new boiler fitted over two days in a flat on the fourth floor. Terry met me and gave us three alternatives and we chose the best (but most expensive) option of a new combination boiler. Liam and Ryan arrived on time, worked through both days, gave advice and didn't leave until it worked properly with no problems. Took time out to show me how to use the temperature control, found a miss jointed pipe and corrected that and was brave enough to go on the roof to fir the new (up to latest building regulations) flue. Cant praise the firm enough.
