No communication possible

I ordered some metal keycaps because I kept destroying my old ABS plastic ones by being nicotine addicted and on my pc. It seems they either choose a bad delivery company or they are not able to address packages correctly, because my package landed over 300 kilometres away, went thrice to import toll services and then got sent back. Tracking also said I had been informed on that, and I wonder who got that information - it wasn't me, that's for sure.
Be warned about trying and failing to contact the company (vendor). You will fail via mail (only an automated answer that they will not receive and answer on that email address) and they do not have the online chat function on their page. Skype has been discontinued by MS for a while now, so this is only a fake option too. I cannot say about discord, because I do not use that.

In the end a relative typical bad experience like you only can get from Chinese markets. No service due to no communication. Not a single word that they got their wares back and how they can refund me or if they should try again. No possible way to reach them.

In the end I got back my money through the paypal issues process. So if you really must order something there, avoid options where you cannot be sure you get your money back if (or when) something goes wrong. IMO I would not consider it a viable option to order from someone you cannot contact because their contact options are not functional or fake.

Out of stock, handled perfectly without hassles

Starting this off, ignore anyone on here that was angry. At no point did I feel like someone was upset with the situation, and wanted to resolve it quickly in order to keep everything moving.

I Placed an order, and after placing, I was notified the switches in my order had gone out of stock. I messaged them, and within 15 minutes had come to a refund as a solution. Not only was this handled quickly, but I never felt one bit like anyone was working against me. The people working here are responsive and willing to help customers out, and I will definitely be a return customer :D Thank you KP Republic Team

They sold me defective Pbt keycaps

They sold me defective Pbt keycaps and refused to offer their exchange policy as stated on their website that they would for defective items. They then attempt to make up a policy to serve their benefit by saying items that have been used lose all warranty. This is a scam of a company people should avoid at all costs. Their rep, Gorge is the worse and can barely speak English, who blocked me for questioning his authority.

Avoidant customer service. Final invoice not final; they WILL charge you more after you've already paid

Customer service is essentially non-existent. They'll avoid responding to you as long as possible, in some cases even blocking you.

My final invoice after I had paid was modified to include a random $70.00 charge for postage, that was not disclosed prior to purchase. They claimed that this was needed, and that they would not ship without it. Shady, scummy tactics. Avoid at all costs.

Good service after a rocky start

Bought a mousepad and keycaps here. I had to remind them to fulfill my order via email after a month of waiting. I assume they just forgot. Bit sluggish but no biggie.

Everything after fulfillment went flawlessly, shipping took about 2-3 weeks and you can track your order on their website. Packaging was perfectly acceptable. Would definitely buy here again!

Bad experience and failed devices

Received a defective steel plate (as part of a large order), clearly damaged in manufacturing. I requested a replacement and customer service declined, then berated me. It was amusing.

I fixed the problem myself with a dremel and gave the build to someone as a gift. Within a year the PCB failed. I've purchased from Kprepublic's competition (Keebio, Novelkeys, kbdfans) many times and always have a better experience and get better products from competitors to this company.

Defect items, bad shipping times and horrible customer service.

I've ordered a bunch from them and the shipping has been kinda bad. Anywhere from 1-2 months. They have sent the wrong items and they have sent defect and unusable items 4 times. Which is 4 out of 7 items that are defect and not usable. They only resond once every 24 hours if you send them a message on messenger, but the respond you get is useless. They dont help you with anything. They just ask you the same questions again and again, and if youre lucky they might send you a new product. I would not recommend shopping there.

Wrong Item Ordered

I accidentally ordered the wrong keyboard, so I tried to cancel my order. I didn't get a reply for two weeks, so the item had been sent out. Now I‘m trying to return the item, I'm still unable to get a response from anyone.

Would not recommend doing any business with KRepublic at all!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, items do not get delivered and items gets canceled. And when you contact them there are no apologies or anything. You end up just waisting months of waiting.

There are so many better stores to go to.

Terrible store

Ordered 110 switches, only received 10. Asked for a refund, but they ignored me and said they would ship a replacement. It has been over 3 weeks since there was an update to the shipment tracking. Started a paypal dispute but now they are asking me for return tracking info when I was never asked to return and they are closing the dispute in 3 days if I don't submit it....

The worst shop I the world

The support are really rude and that have no service at all, the shipping is the worst, on the website they wrote the the shipping is with DHL but last I looked China post is not DHL.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
