This is a game-changer! You can focus on ideas presented in your meeting, exchange thoughts, and not worry about writing things down, reading your notes, and trying to stay connected with the people on camera. Wonderful!!!! Keep getting logged out, and now I cannot log in with email or SSO. I've come out of an important call and didn't take notes with the promise made by this product that I would never need to. Well, I need the notes, and getting support feels like a 50 step process with slow responses to a support email queue - pretty flat for an AI based business. Pretty disappointing.

Krisp its a well built software that can helps even with new AI Features! My team and I really likes the way he pushes out voice in the background with the "Noise cancelling" feature.
We tried the transcription in the Google Meeting and its working damn well!!
Summarize can be improved but... so far so good!!!

The main points, Action points and meeting summary with key points of discussion are brilliant. It fits perfectly as a file note of my client meetings. Krisp is saving me so much time and doing a better job than I did. Thank you so much

Never worked. Got logged out again and again. When I could log in... I got logged out again, dashboard went directly to Cloudflare. API was reporting not-found with errors in the console. Never saw not even one transcript made. App was much more focused and worried about getting access to my calendar instead of... you know, working. I uninstalled the software and got the typical "tell us what went wrong" form. I filled it and it failed to send that too. Everything is broken. Don't bother with this software

Two weeks ago I contacted support.
The problem was that there are free users and they got a pro account.
And now I was asked to do some things and it didn't work, then they for several days demanded that I make a video.
Computer with classified materials.

And only now after almost two weeks the guy tells me that he can take care of it from his side (just delete a free user).
An operation that took him exactly 2 minutes took him weeks.

I've used Krisp for a few years and have recommended them to many others. It's a great tool for me to cancel out background noise, especially when my kids are at home or I am in a noisy area working. There was an instance where I was billed and I did not recall subscribing for a different work account but Vahan was great at communicating what happened and helped me out one-time for this issue. I appreciate that very much and will continue recommending others to Krisp and using it myself when I need it
