I have been using it for years, and I love this product. It is excellent at translating and summarizing conversations.

It was perfect for my job, it helped me so much that I came to the point of recommending it to my colleagues and boss. Great app. 100% recommended.

The Krisp noise cancelling solution works very well, extremely reliable and effective. The transcription and AI summary capability has evolved significantly over the past 6 - 9 months and is now an extremely high quality product. Delivers spot on summaries, correctly attributed with minimal need to tweak. Same for the Action Items as well

Fast setup, SUPER easy to use, intuitive in most every way, meeting reminders, the transcripts are FAAAAST, I mean SUPER FAST!!! I've used a LOT of AI transcribers and the free platform on Krisp is f'n amazing! If you're a business I'd be leveraging that version in a heartbeat!

The is hands down the best background noise canceling software.
I didn't need an expensive Sony headphone or anything like that, just Krisp and I've been enjoying my remote work and all the meetings and interviews involved.

It does it job well at isolating those noise in your background, I even use it to record sometimes. And just to let you know, I haven't paid a penny since I started using the software, I mean the free version is pretty much sufficient for my need but I'll recommend them a billion time.

And lastly. They even have AI integrated to help with note taking during meeting plus it run smoothly on background without eating all my RAM. Kudos to the team!

I use Krisp daily. It makes me look like a rockstar to my clients, and I love it as a 'second pair of eyes' in catching important details.

Its' a must have app for work from home users. Both the noise cancellation and the meeting notes feature are invalulable.

I really do not know what is going on at Krisp.AI. For years they were an automatic recommendation for noise cancellation in virtual meetings. I have suggested them to literally thousands of people over the last 4 years. Renewing every year has been a no-brainer. But lately the app has become bloated with some AI transcription features (which frankly don’t really work all that well) and a since-removed video background removal (why build this in the first place?).

They then jacked up the price by ~130%. Which ok, fine, they were severely underpriced up until now, for a product that mostly Just Worked.

Then, to top it off, they stopped accepting credit cards from major Canadian banks.

Krisp became a mandatory app for remote work during the pandemic, and now they won’t even take your money. I don't get it. Their customer service person suggested that I "Borrow a credit card from a friend who uses a different bank."

Get real.

This has taken my meetings to the next level!

I have no idea how this company got my credit card info, but they have been charging my account for several months unbeknownst to be. My bad for allowing unkown or unauthorized charges to my card. This will stop today as I instruct my card issuer to not honor future charges. I reached out to the company on their support web site and have never received a response. Would be interesting to find out how or in what manner they obtained my card information and through what means they think I placed some order with them. I have never used their software and never downloaded anything to my computer free or otherwise. From reading some of the other reviews, it's not at all surprising, that they seem a bit shady. Beware!

This program is a dream come true.

This a great app for business meetings or causal video call or meetings. It is incredible and the UI is nice, although overwhelming, but you get use to it. Love to make this a default in my companies international affairs

It is a good app

Even if you dont need the service they will auto renew and charge you for a full year with no option for a refund. If you ask they will say its company policy. STAY AWAY from them.
