Sadly, this is just too invasive. There is no reason at all for you to force this kind of policy on customers. App cannot be used securely. Therefore it's a non starter.

Krisp stores the following customer data in its cloud:

- Application name which Krisp has been used with (e.g. Zoom, Skype)

- Microphone, speaker names which Krisp is being used with (e.g. AirPod)

Call insights metadata (see section Insights below)
- Time and duration when Krisp has been used

- Total time the user has been speaking in the call

- How many times the user has pronounced “filler sounds” such as “um”, “ah”, “eh”…

What a terrible and typical response. Just provide a way to opt out of ALL SNOOPING and you'll regain my trust. Just saying "Security is important to our team", speaks nothing to my concerns here. A very poor brush off. I chose to leave the review here as we all know what happens when sending it directly. You know my thoughts, it's up to you, not me, to do something about it. I've already deleted the app.

Krisp is now working well on Low Power. It was actually the very first option on the top of the first slide which needed to be unticked in order to activate the next option drop-down menu to select the power level.

I'm surprised how well Krisp works. My dog hates that I don't pay attention to him while I'm on Zoom calls. He frequently barks for 5-10 minutes at a time when I'm on Zoom. Somehow Krisp is able to filter out his annoying bark. People meeting with me have no idea he is in the room. It does give your voice a slightly different sound, but it's not very noticeable.

Great app for Noise Cancelling during Chat calls and some Conference calls. Easy to turn On and Off when needed. Fast response after any service queries.

I reached out with a feature request, and 2-5 minutes later I had a very thoughtful response. Very impressed with their service and response time.

Krisp works great…just not necessarily with Discord. I was happy with the results when testing it out in Windows Voice Recorder as it seriously does get rid of keyboard clacks and other background noise. However, it somehow got rid of my voice too. When I hopped into a Discord call, my friends said I sounded muffled like I was underwater, and there was a slight staticky sound whenever I spoke. I reached out to Krisp Support, but none of the fixes provided helped. I spent an entire day trying to make it work. After poking around on some reviews online, I found out that other people were having the same problem with the program distorting their voice. I have since switched to Nvidia Broadcast which has been a huge improvement. I regret jumping the gun and paying for the subscription and am still waiting on a refund since the product clearly does not work as advertised or intended. Giving Krisp 2 stars only because it did suppress background noise…including my own voice!

I paid for the full program but it still says that I am on the free trial. In addition to that, there is a loud buzz on my speakers which I bought the program to eliminate. The buzz was still there so I asked for my money back and was sent a noise report where I had to record the buzz.I tried to record the buzz by clicking on the button/Nothing happened and I am still waiting for my refund.

I am a new user of Krisp and a math teacher. I work at high school. Currently, we have been affected by Covid-19 so I must teach my students by online channel.
I have used your application in 3 days and I am so happy when I have found a wonderful application.
It helps me and my students communicate easily and not be affected by the surrounding noise.
I recommend you must be use this application for noise cancellation.

I love using Krisp for desktop Voip calls to filter out background noise.

Loved the quality after using krisp, didn't even close the fan but the output was just amazing.

Listen, I’ve been remote for the past 2 years and the only thing I’m disappointed in is that I did not find this sooner. The app eliminated the noisy parents screaming at their kids to eat properly, the extremely upset woman cursing out her husband for not taking her to a better restaurant while they are on vacation (side bar: I’m writing this review from an airport cafe), and it also eliminated the pesky airport agent who tells you you’re about to miss your flight if you don’t show up to the gate in the next 10 min. If you’re like me, always on the go and working from anywhere, you need this app. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself.

I really like the idea. It works well. I just wish it was easier to use. I just want it to always filter the active microphone. I want just a simple on/off switch. I suppose all of the other features help to make it worthwhile, but I would be happy with less. I also wish there was a mobile version.
