I spent weeks carefully selecting the right supplier, and couldn't be more happy with my decision. The Managed VPS has excellent uptime and the support team are remarkably quick and helpful. I am thoroughly impressed with Krystal. I have several websites and domains hosted with them, for several years now. Their customer service is excellent, they have actual humans available to assist. I specifically chose Krystal for their high standard of service, as well as their ethical stances like using 100% renewable electricity, being a living wage employer, B-Corp certified, and signing up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge. Hi I have been with Krystal for 7 years now I was always happy particularly this occasion I recently had to change my old website to the new one I been having problems to swoop to add live every time I contacted Krystal every time they guided through step by step and helped me so much even that I m not very good with the websites.

Srsly. I started with a few clients on Purplecloud, which Krystal eventually took over. There were some glitches during the changeover (client accounts getting mixed up etc) which involved Simon Blackler spending time on the phone with me until we got it sorted.
All problems which are entirely to be expected within such a task, but handled so well by Krystal.

Eventually we got it sorted, and I've continued to recommend Krystal to all my new clients ever since.

Today was no different. I registered a domain and spelled my own email address wrong :)
