I recently overpaid by £9000 !!
I made them aware of my mistake the following day and was refunded within 2hours.
As always they moved quickly to correct the problem with no quibble at all.
I thoroughly recommend there services.

Started working with these guys in Oct 2025, and so far, there customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. Make my last hosting company looks like amateurs.

Having moved our infrastructure and reseller business to Krystal I have to say their support and infrastructure is brilliant.

Servers are very fast and well optimised and the support they offer is amazing very fast responses and helpful staff.

There was a mix up with the new owner of a domain name transferred away from Krystal.

I had auto renew set on my account. It was renewed and abolut the same time it was transferred. 11 days later the new owner paid a renewal fee via the new host. I did not know it was possible for 2 distinct hosting companies to be able to pay the renewal for the same domain name. After several emails between myself and the new owner it concluded with Krystal giving me a refund, even though they did not need to. For that I am very grateful.

Really prompt and helpful in responding, and soon sorted out my problem. Communication was kind and courteous and overall it was a great experience.

I have been with Krystal for several years now and the main reason that I have remained loyal is because of the (free) online support that's provided.

They never fail to sort whatever problem that I have and always quickly and without fuss.

I have no idea if Krystal are the cheapest on the market but they're certainly the best that I have ever dealt with.

I made an enquiry about the problems I was incurring on my website and whether by backing up from a previous backup would be likely to resolve the problem. The engineer went above and beyond what I had expected and gave me a better solution than I was expecting and even acted upon what he had told me and the problems with my website were sorted.
