Despite its being over the Christmas period Krystal Glass arrived within three hours to board up my large conservatory window pane. Their quote included replacing it which was done quickly and efficiently the following week.

I work for a school trust and use Krystal Glass for all my repairs. I find them very reliable never had to wait to long for them to attend including out of hours and weekends. They are very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly.

Written quotation was received immediately after enquiry and, upon acceptance of quote, attended site the following day. Although unable to complete job they provided timely updates and made necessary arrangements to re-attend. Works were completed to a high standard with no additional unexpected costs.

These guys were great! We came in one morning to find one of our windows had smashed. I contacted a couple of companies who couldn't come out for over a week but luckily found Krystal Glass. They came out that day to make the glass safe and followed up with a replacement within a few days. Really easy to deal with, great customer service and they did a great job for us!

I contacted Krystal Glass on 1st November and they stated they could fit the window the following day. They then kept stating it would be ‘tomorrow’ for over a week. They then gave me times of Monday 10am, Monday 12pm, Tuesday 8am, Wednesday before 1pm.

They didn’t show up for any. Finally it was done Wednesday 9th Nov in the afternoon, 9 days after I first made the order. It’s certainly not an emergency repair company.

Will never use again, caused a great deal of stress, very unreliable. 2 stars because the job was done eventually and it has been done to a reasonable standard.

Efficient, prompt and a good job with very short notice.
