Excellent service as always. Pre ordered in the afternoon for delivery at 7.15.
Order arrived on time, piping hot and delicious. Have used this service at least half a dozen times since lockdown. A reliable service is always delivered.

Our order no.773121 from mint & Mango was really nice, hot and arrived on time, the only negative was that the mint sauce was inedible I can’t describe what it tasted like but it wasn’t nice, having said that it didn’t put us off our meal at all. Highly recommended.

The kukd website and app make ordering my favourite takeaways so easy. With no glitches the orders go through directly first time, every time.

Kukd is a good website, have had issues with payments and they have always sorted out and communicated quickly, great customer service

Easy to use app, nice selection of takeaways, had a issue in passed with a takeaway and kukd sorted it straight away and where extremely helpful.

Used the app a number of times and is ok. Annoyingly doesn't accept PayPal. A couple of times have entered a delivery time and they just get it wrong. Its definitely the app and not the restaurant as the restaurant provided the receipt printed from kukd. Ended up waiting two hours for an order I wanted to come in one hour. Support told me it was an issue they had fixed and changed the delivery time back to 60 mins instead of the 70mins it had been. Absolute nonsense. Won't use kukd again will just go direct to the excellent restaurant.

Paid for food which was not delivered. Called restaurant and they said the order had not been received. I have tried to email and call kukd, no response as yet

Dont know what this kukd lot are about but there a bunch of jokers waste of time. Orderd food from a takeaway 5 mins away in the same post code. Thay told me food on the way but then sent me a E- mail saying thay dont deliver that far. Only check my E-mail once a day so sat for hours waiting. Stay clear order from propper delivery company

This is the worst service I have ever used.
I thought I use the service for a Indian restaurant after 50 minutes of calling them and speaking to them my order was still not processed and my payment was taken I was told I would get a refund and i had to re order from the restruant and collect and pay again and wait for a refund from kukd this is the first and last time of using this service this is so poor. I will get a full refund as soon as possible this all kukd has done after waiting an hour more for my food and still had to make a separate order and different payment. What if I only had enough money for that order and no other money . You have done nothing to help or helped the order good through unbelievable never again.

I ordered takeaway meals from Four Counties Spice through kukd.com. After queries I found out that kukd.com takes the money, but does not process the orders and will not answer their phones "due to COVID-19". Also, they do not pass takeaway discounts to the customer. This was my first and last attempt to order through them. Kukd, to their credit responded quickly; the story from the restaurant is somewhat different, though. This could have been a mix-up, very annoying as such. My criticism re no takeaway discount stands.

Food arrived an hour earlier than requested. Food all good but less than 12 hrs later I got 50 spam emails and one of my storecard accounts got hacked. Had not given my email address to any other websites in the last 10 days, so this is too much of a coincidence for me. GDPR/data capture issues would not recommend. DID approach customer services but not interested, just said We don't have data breaches!
Have reported issue to Store involved and to Action Fraud website. I have the name address and phone number that goods were sent to and no-one has asked me for them...... They obviously aren't prepared to investigate. I will never use them again.

Excellent Customer Service.
Had a payment error, where the payment was taken twice and the order didn't go through. Contacted Kukd - they were very helpful and immediately refunded both payments and provided a 20% discount code for the inconvenience. Best to avoid the app as it is a bit clunky and was the cause of this issue. Use the website where possible.

Easy,fast and efficient service
Never had an issue with ordering online via there platform, have a nice range of restaurants to order from, only issues I’ve had is the delays on my order with the restaurant however I believe this is something the restaurant manage and not the online service! Download the app and you get 20% off your first Order just for downloading the app!

never had an issue ordering via online or the app. Spent a lot of money through kukd ordering takeaways. Always provide discounts and also discounts from themselves. Had issues with restaurants and takeaways getting the orders wrong or being late but that is down to the restaurant not them. overall really good experience.

Have tried to order from here a few times and the restaurant never seems to get the order through. So you have to eventually call the restaurant who then tell you they have no order.
