when trying to exchange rings (for size) it was impossible to do it on the website and the support was not of much help

Despite my first order being about another ring (Impression, Sunrise) that didn't fit my size when it was delivered, I reached out the customer service and got an amazing experience for return and exchange (including size). It took a little while for the process because there's a lot of client's request apparently but it wasn't a big issue. Anyway, I love their style, crafting and quality and would recommend to anyone looking for body accessories

Really love the design and vision for the brand! Good quality jewellery, and I get lots of compliments! I also like the emails Kuurth sends and how honest they are with the customers about changes in the business. Love at first sight! I can't wait to see what else they bring out :)

For starters the delivery was severely delayed. Then one of the products was not as depicted. To follow up the return procedure has, of course, turned into a circus to navigate. A veritable shit show of customer support…..

i appreciate Kuurth a lot. Cool designs, identity and concepts + the most important part: a good assistance team. every time i needed help, they were clear and supportive and this is something i was glad to note.

I have shopped with Kuurth for a few years now, this brand really is amazing. They have great loyalty scheme, rewarding repeat purchases and loyal customers. The quality of items has always been very high, and in the once or twice I have ever had a minor issue they have always had it rectified in a way that satisfies me. Kuurth often run special promotions like early access and discounts which give those who are tapped in an even better deal! Also as a bonus sometimes free items are added in for being within the first 50 orders, or for Black Friday sale, which is super sick! I genuinely can’t recommend this brand enough, their designs are amazing and varied. The quality is great, even as someone who usually only wears 925 silver, I’ve recently picked up a stainless steel piece from them and it’s still a great quality option. Also special shoutout to Judith from customer support for helping me whenever I’ve needed it over the years <3

Truly world class customer support and the products are fantastic, i ordered a ring in the wrong size (all my fault) and the kind lady from customer support offered me a whole new ring instead of having to return my old one.

Shipping can be abit slow but thats not an issue. I have bought from them since they started pretty much and their quality and creativity has gotten 10 times better since then. They make cool shi and its very fairly priced and they make cool shi often almost a new drop every 30 days. One of my fav brands to shop from.

It's one of the few brands I really love, customer service is on point, a lot of different styles. Very on point.

I've bought from kuurth twice now during Black Friday because I love the designs, but the overall quality and durability is extremely poor for everyday wear. I really wanted to like this store because I resonate with the aesthetic they create, and even recommended this brand to friends, but after this year I don't think I will purchase from this brand anymore. I ordered the abyss ring, the eclipse bracelet, and the grail earrings, and the only thing that's lasted me more than 3 months is the ring. Within the 3-4 months of wearing the eclipse bracelet and the grail earrings, they have both broken. I ordered the grail earrings last year, the clasp's strength was weak and then broke within 3 months of everyday wear. I first thought this was a one off experience and still decided to try and support the brand and wait until the next Black Friday sale. But the next year, on the bracelet one of the rings holding the it together had fallen off within 4 months of frequent wear. The only thing that has lasted me from them is the ring and I'm honestly joyful that the stones haven't fallen off yet. For the price that you pay, the durability is quite frankly not worth it. In my personal opinion, I don't think that you should buy from this brand just for the aesthetics considering price and poor quality; you're better off looking somewhere else.

The company provides very high quality pieces, and the customer service is absolutely lovely.
There has been en issue with my order, and they dealt with it very quickly, and the person taking care of my problème was absolutely lovely.
