Brilliant company kept me informed about everything when it was arriving aslo if there was any delays felt very happy was the service and the scooter is out off this world very long lasting in battery life don’t take long to recharge at all well worth every penny x

I bought scooter for my son and he’s over the moon with it, said it’s the best present he’s ever had.
Delivery was within a few days and Jamie kept me updated all along, well pleased with purchase and will be returning to buy again soon.

It still in box not been able to open what’s inside due to I’ve got broken foot

Great price said there was going to be a delay but was still here within 3days of ordering the guy jamie kept me up to date on everything really highly recommend

Love it. Great scooter. Arrived within 3 days well packaged. Easy to assemble. Just slot the handle bars in, secure with 2 screws and away you go. Fully charged on arrival. All the functions work as described. Easy to use. Great ride. Great value too.

The scooter was abit late and I was worried for a while but then it came and my son is really happy with it and no problems up to now. Thumbs up from us!! 👍

Even though there was some delay with my order it arrived in good time and their customer service kept in contact all ways. All in all really can’t complain

My scooter has arrived and I’m so pleased 🤩 it’s very fast.
The only little thing is… when I was on bumpy roads the two black things on the back wheel broke 😔 other than that I’m very impressed.

Total crap. Ordered a hover board for my daughter who had been saving for ages. She wanted it in time too play with her friends at a party they were having and it never arrived.

Chased loads, no response of substance and now they have just cancelled the order. My daughter is going to be so upset.

Just a little update following the below response, as noted above we have been in contact during this process so you do have my email address. At no point have you told me it was out of stock - instead you finally said today having ‘investigated’ it was no longer available!

Bought a e-scooter from Ladspad for my son and he loves it. When I Bought it I was told it may be a couple of days delay,but kept up to date by text message from Jamie at ladspad,so I have to say a very good shopping experience with them and I would definitely recommend them.

Iv read a lot of reviews before deciding to add my experience, so far the escooter was delivered later than promised but ter was the factor of bank holiday in between making the working days less than normal, communication is very hard phone no is provided but u will only get answerphone always. Emails are automated til certain point, uptill now this isn’t very positive neither negative considering Covid situation aswell but once tracking no was provided delivery came as promised.
Now since having the scooter 2 weeks back mudguard has snapped very flimsy so been I touch again was given another email to get in touch cus they deal with warranty issues even tho full details Wer provided a reply came asking for my phone no wich also has been sent no further reply since Thursday. In the meantime the battery has stopped charging only had the scooter 2 weeks and my son has very minimum use of it only on weekends due to school etc. So let’s c what happens and how we proceed from here my wife and child want refund but I’m willing to give a chance I will b giving another review once I have a outcome of theese two issues.
