I ordered a scooter almost a month ago and no tracking info supplied as of yet emailed numerous times with No replies and when trying to phone no one is available to answer absolutely fuming as this was for my sons 13th birthday ( might get a reply by his 14th!!!!) currently looking at legal advise about getting a refund

After 4 emails asking where it is & numerous calls gone unanswered I have been completely ignored by Ladspad .
They are quick enough to take your money but are very misleading on their website with quick delivery times & customer service
This was Supposed to be a present for my daughter for her birthday in may

My son saved his money to buy a scooter at the price of £290,purchased in January, received ok but last month it stopped charging. I’ve emailed lads pad 5 times and rang but still no response.

Purchased a 350w Scooter on the 24/10/21 priced £289.99.
Not only did it take over a month to arrive the enclosed invoice stated a price half of that I was charged, but the lad was happy so I unwillingly left it at that. The scooter was a Christmas present and the recipient was overwhelmed and wanted to ride it immediately but after ready the information it was put on charge.
On the Boxing Day after about an hour of him riding around with friends he came back with scrapes over his knuckles and his jeans had ripped from him falling off due to the handle bars sliding down. We initially put that down to him not tightening it enough.
A few days later it happened again, luckily this time he was wearing the gloves, helmet, pads etc which had also been brought him after Christmas. Again we put it down to him not being use to it and trying tricks with his mates.
But on the third time we were out at the park and all he did was ride down a lowered step which caused the handlebars to slide down which I witnessed. This time though he went head over them and hit his face so badly we let him have the first week of school off for the swelling to go down and bruising to fade.
He was still insistent he want to ride it which unwillingly we allowed but told him to put it on charge before he went to bed. That night I went to move it and the battery was so hot I unplugged it and put it outside for worry it might catch fire. Since then it's been in the garage.
• I have tried ringing LadsPad with NO luck
• I have emailed them as stated on their site NO luck
• I've filled out several of the online contact us forms NO luck
• I've tried emailing the Sales at aovo.com address given in their automated reply, with Google coming back saying address NOT found.
Quick enough to take your money and even quicker to not reply to you!!

So ordered a predator figure : Order #13586 confirmed over a week ago. Item hasnt even been dispatched. Yet ordered another from china at same time and its already here in uk ready for delivery. Customer service is non existent at ladspad and calls arent going through or unanswered . Tbh wish i hadnt bothered. The service is very poor. Will not be buying from ladspad again

Received a electric scooter a year ago from them. Constantly breaks and have only used it 3 times since I've had it. I've emailed and emailed and been ignored both by aovo and ladspread. Extremely unhappy with this service.

THIS COMPANY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING FAULTY SCOOTER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I have been waiting since April & Sept 2021 for them to help and repair 2 faulty scooters brought in Dec 2020 and Jan 2021. This company isn’t registered on Companies house. All recorded delivery correspondence I have sent to their trading address has been returned, yet they are still up and running on their website. They are con artists I urge all with a dispute to report to trading standards as I have done. You won’t be getting anything from these rip off merchants. I am £680 out of pocket as I paid for someone to look at them and was told by them that the would reimburse. Am a single mum of 4, who worked numerous hours of overtime to buy these for my children, unlike these disgusting shameful people. PS.. the avopro email address that they give you is also a load of crap you get a automated response stating that they are dealing with your problems…LIES.

Sent 3 emails over last 2 weeks regarding a problem with a year old scooter & received no reply apart from an automatic message stating we will contacted within 8 hours ! No customer service at all
IGNORED AGAIN
After receiving the worst refurb scooter known to man and sending an email showing pictures to get a response saying how shocked they were at what they were seeing and could i supply AGAIN the order number, two weeks have passed and not a single response. All emails and pictures have been documented and having tried since November to get this resolved, feel like have no choice but to take this further. Hopefully then we’ll actually get to the bottom of this whole charade. Avoid at all costs.
Bought an electric scooter
Bought an electric scooter. Stem snapped in half. Returned November. Asked for replacement. Waited and waited. Passed from such a date to the next date. Then was ignored until I agreed to a refurbished scooter. I was told I would be sent “the best” refurb. Received refurb after only a couple of days (keeping in mind I had waited months for a replacement) received the refurb. Which came packaged in tin foil and cardboard cut up. Haven’t even took the cable tie off as the state of this refurb is diabolical. Scores and chunks taken out all over it. Wheels are totally worn down. Back wheel with no cover and the whole metal on show which looks unsafe. Really wish I could upload photos of this monstrosity. Emailed Ladspad with the photos and even them themselves couldn’t believe the state.
I have all emails and photos right back from November .. if this doesn’t get dealt with asap I will be heading to trading standards with everything and a small claims court.
I won’t be letting this drop not for one minute especially with this unsafe refurb scooter I have been sent.
All I want now is a returns label and a refund. Refund first then I will

Got a scooter with no problem,they took the money with no problem,I received the scooter with no problem…had the scooter for 2 months then it stopped charging..contacted ladspad and Aovo (lots of emails back and forth from both)nearly 3 months ago and I’m still without a scooter…Aovo saying they’ve got no batteries in stock too replace (funny how they got batteries in stock to put in their new scooters that people wanna buy) over all good service until something goes wrong..AVOID buying from this mob
