With my old dryer I would spend at least 30 just drying my hair. It was heavy and noisy, and took up so much room in my vanity drawer. The Laifen dryer has been such a huge improvement to my routine. It’s quiet, lightweight, and has sleek design that is so much easier for both storage and travel. My hair is not only dry in record time, but the technology they’ve used also leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy, not frizzy and in need of moisture. The only critique, if I had to give one, is that I wish the controls were on the other side of the handle. I just prefer to use my thumb for the controls, but that’s just me lol. Overall it’s a fantastic dryer. Stop just thinking about it and get one already!
Love the product! This is my second one and I’ll be a customer for life. My daughter kept swiping mine so ordered myself a new one and let her keep the old one.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. For a company that claims to value its customers and take pride in its products, the lack of communication and accountability was nothing short of deeply disappointing. I ordered a two-pack of toothbrushes directly from their official website—both products that were listed as in stock at the time of purchase and intentionally bought at a higher non overstock price.
After receiving no shipping updates for over a week, I reached out through the website portal. No response. I reached out again through direct email before I finally was able to get one. It took three weeks post purchase before I finally received any kind of update or response. I was then told that one of the brushes (the blue ABS) was out of stock at their warehouse...information that should have been shared much earlier, especially since the website showed it as available at the time of purchase.
Then, I asked if I could switch to a different in-stock item and pay the price difference on the one I would like to get instead, but was told they don’t allow exchanges like that. Instead, I was advised to cancel my order and place a new one? Thereby risking another stock issue on the next one I wanted to order, and having to repeat this kind of interaction after nearly a month of waiting... I hoped doing it directly wouldn't further delay the product being sent properly and even offered to pay that price difference. And how their only gesture of goodwill was a generic 10% discount code that’s already publicly available on the site for everyone to use....
This is my first time ordering anything with this company, and it's left me questioning whether they value customer trust or repeat business at all. A simple proactive email about the stock issue would have gone a long way, but instead, I was left in the dark until I was forced to follow up repeatedly before they decided to finally say something on it. I am simply at a loss for words......

I purchased a hairdryer from here and it arrived promptly. I absolutely love it - makes hair silky, shiny and quick drying without much sound. It cut out this week and I emailed and received an email back asap to offer support to repair or replace. Within 2 days they sent replacement and tracking order. I bought the Laifen SE Lite · High-speed hair dryer - Glossy Purple. I love how light it weighs and how quick it dries my hair. I have two suggestions with the design, wish the settings were some other place. I seem to change the settings not meaning to. also the attachment falls off easily, wish it attached tighter.
Honestly for what u pay for u get more then ur moneys worth its a good product and i love the hot and cold switch mode it has that doesn't damage my hair honestly for the price u cant beat it its the same high quality as a dyson but if ur on a budget
I haven’t received my order. It has been 9 days, they post 2-7 days delivery. I didn’t have much luck with Fed EX telling me it was on a train having been there 4 days. Laifen support is never online. All email contact. No phone support. I’ve sent emails only to receive a standard response they got my request. This is horrible business practice. I will never do business with them. I’ve requested a refund. I am Not a happy camper. Order LF92690
My order was delivered a few days later than expected. Laifen has responded and been most helpful in resolving the problem with FedEx. I shouldn’t have been as harsh with the company, as it was a delivery issue. I am impressed with this company’s customer service.

After reading a lot of bad reviews, I expressed my dissatisfaction, because the shipment was late. Customer support was very fair, because we have to take into account that it was lots of orders, because of the promotional price.
Finally, every recommendation, and at the end of it all I also received a 10% refund, as an apology for the longer wait for delivery.
I returned my whole order over a month ago because one toothbrush broke. The company was nice and said I could return my whole order for a refund. It has now been over a month since this order made it back to their warehouse (2/17/25) and I never got any email about processing a refund nor did I ever get my refund! I have been emailing and getting no responses from the company. Don't trust this company! You'll have to chase them to get your refund. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional...

Got the toothbrush and it arrived DOA. Contacted support since Late February and was told to send it back to get it replaced. Sent it back and made sure to double check it got delivered to where was supposed to be delivered and despite multiple attempts, have yet to hear anything from customer service as to when I will be receiving my replacement. So frustrating and untrustworthy especially for a first time purchase from this company. Stay away!! Order #LF18597CA

My hairdryer which I bought direct from Laifen is super loud and even louder with the diffuser. I have been trying for weeks to start a return process as they are stating that I only have 30 days from date of delivery to return for full refund. I emailed weeks ago, received a ticket no 71745 and was told would receive a response within 48 hours. Have still not heard anything and have emailed a few times. Tried web-chat but customer service team are never online. At a loss of what to do. Hairdryer was expensive and we don't like it at all. There is also no phone number on the website or anywhere else. This is ridiculous and it's clearly multiple customers who have had the same experience. Buyer beware and do not buy, there is no way to get a hold of this company and they do not respond!!!

This is an updated review. Happy with the product, talking about issues I had before getting it.
I did have troubles with this brand, but after placing a review here - they reached me out and we settled everything down.
Customer service is helpful and replies fast.
The only thing I’m not happy with - the info on their website is not clear enough regarding preorders time estimates, no emails explaining timing of your order.
And contact form seems to not working.
I hope the brand will update the website and solve the problem with contact form, as I’m really happy with my order - hair dryer SE lite.

Since leaving a negative review from receiving an incorrect product laifen have been in contact to amend the issue. I really don’t think this is an often occurrence and seemed a sincere mistake. They gave me options on what I could do which was really helpful and they replied very quickly to my emails in resolving the issue. I have now got the correct attachment for my product and a discount to cover the inconvenience and wrong colour. I have yet to dry my hair with it but it seems super powerful and the temperature circulation is great!

Bought my hairdryer August 24. It ‘blew up’ whilst drying my 5yr olds hair and was smoking and had to throw it out of the window where it slowly smouldered on the gravel. Very scary. Raised 3 tickets over two weeks ago and zero response from this terrible company

I have changed my original 1* review as once I did receive a response from customer services (in particular Alice) they did deal the matter rapidly and I have since received a brand new hairdryer. Fingers crossed it will last longer this time.
My hairdryer which I bought direct from Laifen EU last July has stopped working. Reported 17.3.25 and received a ticket no 69425 and was told would receive a response within 48 hours. Have still not heard anything and have emailed a few times. Tried web-chat but customer service team are never online. At a loss of what to do. Hairdryer was expensive and has a two year warranty.

The service team was awesome and resolved my issue so fast. I was missing a smooth nozzle in my box and they sent me one within the week. I have taken a month or so to play with the dryer before posting a review to be honest. I use both attachments regularly, my hair is thin and wavy/curly. I wont type it because it changes depending on routine, environment etc. I use the smooth nozzle when I want a slim straight look and I never go back over with a flat iron or frizz spray because the dryer does a really good job on its own. The smooth nozzle dries my hair in ten minutes. The diffuser from soaking wet to break the cast dry takes about 25-30 minutes, but I alternate between cold and med temperatures so this timing may differ depending on your method. The dryer is lightweight enough for me to use on a regular basis which is rare for me to find. I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, and myofascial pain, I have always hated hair dryers for being so heavy and difficult to work with. They normally cause me many issues. This dryer has been a dream for someone like me and has given me something I have been wanting a long time, to feel good about my hair daily.
Update: I got my hairdryer today and a partial refund as a compensantion. I am pleased about the customer service after the issue.
