More hits than misses
Ive used this company many times and typivcally the products, shipping and service are good. Last month the chandelier arrived damaged and service related to return and reimbursement was difficult and no follow up from them. I ended up having it repaired locally at my expense. I have now started to use alternative suppliers as a consequence of this bad experience but overall they are relatively consistent product and service wise.

received an order for a 250 Euro metal lamp shade and it arrived damaged in two places. When I reached out to Lampade I was ignored.

Please consider to improove the packaging: packet arrived partially broken and open. Inside there’s no filling so material can move or get squeezed.
Please consider to add slot and the fixing holes to have adjustment positioning of the screws.
