WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY THEY CANCEL ALL ORDERS

MADE AT LEAST 6 ORDERS WITH THEM 5 WERE CANCELLED. THIS WESBITE DOES NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS THEY SELL. ONE WEBSITE THAT SELLS WITH THEM SPINNAKER HAD FENDI PONCHOS POSTED WHICH I PURCHASED. EACH TIME I HAD TO WAIT OVER WEEK AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY SHIPPING INFORMATION UNTILL I CALL. I HAVE TO WAST 20$ TO CALL THEM ALL THE WAY FROM USA JUST FOR LAMPOO TO TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO CANCEL THE ORDER OF THE SAME PONCHOS THEY RE STILL SELLING ON SPINNAKER. I FIGURED THEIR SHADY BUSINESS DEALS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING YOU ORDER AT ALL. YOU WILL WAIT FOR LONG TIME UNLESS YOU CONTACT THEM YOURSELF THEY WON'T EVEN THINK OF YOU OR YOUR ORDER.

Responding to you: You absolutely did receive phone calls from me!!!! how can you lie about this??? You need me to upload my phone records? because I would be more than happy to do so... I spoke to the woman directly and chatted multiple times. I have no reason to lie, you clearly DO. Not me. You say inventory, so why did they sell the same ponchos for higher on their website ? weeks after you canceled mine ??? all the excuses you make are your problem. You all do not know how to be honest.

1) You made 6 orders with Lampoo and that is true, two orders were delivered, four orders were cancelled. The reason is because all the items ordered were shipped from one of our selected boutique partner that in that period had issues in updating the quantities online on our official website. For all of this cancellations, we have informed you and refunded you fully and promptly. We are heartbroken for what happened, this is not Lampoo's standard nor the associated boutique;

2) We have never received any call from you, so we are sorry that you are reporting something untrue;

3) The new with tag items you see listed on Lampoo.com are uploaded directly from the boutiques and they inform us if they are available or not. This is not a shady business, is a cooperation between Lampoo and other Italian private boutiques. Lampoo do not decide to cancel or confirm the orders in that case, the boutique does.

We would be happy to help you understand that this is not our standard and that we must do what the boutiques inform us to do. We are really sorry about what happened to you. Our Customer Care always explained to you every kind of detail when you requested them and still will be supportive in the future. Thank you.

The experience I have each time shopping with Lampoo is just like shopping in the boutique or to be honest, even better: great variety of excellent items, exceptional service and buying experience, in one word "perfect".

Issues with delivery had to call

I had Issues with delivery had to call to see what had happened to
my order.
I also had Issues with return of the item as DPD did not update as delivered so I could not open a return. I had to call yet again to customer services who arranged a collection without even asking if I was available then sent a invoice that had to be printed. I had no access to a printer. It was arranged as a one off that I had to make a journey to the London store at my own
expense to take the item back at a cost to myself of £14.50 nothing was reimbursed back for the extra cost to myself no goodwill gesture was made.
The website keeps changing you back from U.K. to Italy so it’s also impossible
To sell on the site.

There is nothing easy or stress free when selling or buying with lampoo the whole experience has been a drama from start to finish.

They need to rectify their website as this is not a 5 star experience and has cost me additional time and money.

Very disappointing
Website keeps chingnto Italian when keep changing back to uk. Unable to sell as keeps taking you to Italy. Now having to track all way to store to do a one off return all so stressful experience

1) A first order (number 2000010169) was made by you on Saturday the 23th July which we have shipped with delay and we are extremely sorry regarding that! We had lots of goods movimentation in our warehouse and this caused delays unfortunately. Our Customer Care informed you and supported you via call and also via email to all your requests until it has been delivered.

2) Our Customer Care arranged immediately the return collection after your call because you reported that it was urgent and that you needed to return the item as soon as possible.
When you informed us that you did not have a printer, our Customer Care let you know that we also have a London Store if for you was easier to return the item. We are discovering now that you paid £14.50 and it was not refunded because we did not know that, we are discovering it now from your review. So please, write to us at customercare@lampoo.com in order to let us be aware of that.

3) We are really sorry regarding the navigation problems you are reporting, this is important to us in order to always improve our service and our technological team is already working on it.

Lastly, we are always available via email, phone calls and chat from Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm. So please, for any kind of issues you can contact us and let us aware.
