High quality products & good service
The sunglasses I ordered are wonderful! I wish it would have came with the case though. It was sent with a nice dust bag with the Lampoo logo on it. It was packaged well and shipped out quick. The packaged smelled wonderful as well, very nice. I would definitely recommend buying from Lampoo.

First time using Lampoo - brilliant!
First time using Lampoo and was a little cautious at first. I purchased a pair of MiuMiu sunglasses - they were exactly as described and like brand new. Came beautifully presented in Lampoo paper with their original boxes. Delivery to the UK via DHL took 1 week from order date and came from Italy, no customs charges incurred.
Absolutely fantastic and wouldnt hesitate to buy from the site again!

Poor customer service
I ordered and paid for a bag on Sept 27 and today is Oct 4 and have not received any confirmation email the item was shipped. I checked my account and it said on order status the item was RECEIVED. I never got anything. I called customer svc and I keep getting an answering machine, no PERSON helping me track the item. In the end the item was shipped after over a week, and communication was poor. Product was okay thank goodness but the stress of not getting update and having to constantly be the one to follow up has turned me off this company. If i never followed up they would probably not have even sent product!

1) Your order 2000011681 was made on the 27th September and on the 28th September it was shipped from our London Store with UPS, here the tracking: 1Z21VA196807586669;
2) "received" means that it has been received correctly on our management system, when the order status is "delivered" means that it has been delivered to the customer;
3) Our phone is always active 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm. If there was an answering machine, in that case means that the call was made out of the operative hours and we do specify it in the message;
4) You wrote to us three emails on the 4th October where our Customer Care personally responded in less than 5 hours with the tracking number and the online link to check it.
We would like to thank you for your reporting, since our aim is always to improve our service and our daily work.
