This company is not based in the U.K

Firstly why did it take a week for delivery when it stated it would take 3 days. I placed the order on 16 December. before Christmas. This company does not appear to based in the U.K. despite having an London address. There are over 57% bad reviews. I wish l had looked at the lower star reviews before making purchase which is a lesson learned.

I will share this on social media.

LED face mask…

Ordered and received the LED face mask about 3 weeks ago. I was panicking as the trustpilot page has lots of negative reviews about it.
However when the mask arrived it appears good quality and the packaging is attractive. I’ve used it for 3 weeks now (almost every night) and i’ve notice a positive difference in my skin texture and complex. The only thing about the mask that isn’t as good compared to others on the market is the remote to control the settings, it just doesn’t appear as modern.Apart from that so far i’m happy with my order.

Awful company NO Refunds allowed

Received led mask yesterday, opened today and didn’t like the quality . Emailed to ask for return process to be told as I’d opened the box it couldn’t be returned! In the process of now talking to the consumer ombudsman

All of our LED masks are presented on our website with real photos, detailed videos, and full product descriptions so customers can clearly see the design, materials, and features before purchasing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, each box is sealed with a notice explaining that once the protective seal is broken, the item cannot be returned. Because our devices are worn directly on the face and neck, we cannot resell opened items. This policy is clearly stated and is standard for personal care devices.

We completely understand that preferences can differ, but the appearance and specifications of the mask are shown accurately online prior to purchase.

This is an absolute dreadful and…

This is an absolute dreadful and untrustworthy Company I ordered my wife a LED neck and face mask then was completely lied to about postage kept saying it's been dispatched be with me in 2 to 3 days ended up being weeks complete lies the when it did arrive face mask was missing I believe they never had that in stock to start with didn't want to give me a refund had to go through PayPal still fighting the case now I wish I would have seen the reviews from this company before I ordered (AVOID)

We never intentionally mislead customers about dispatch times. In some cases, delays can occur due to courier processing or peak periods, but we always provide tracking details once an order has been shipped. If there was a delay beyond the estimated timeframe, we understand how frustrating that can feel and apologise for the inconvenience.

Regarding the missing face mask, we take such matters very seriously. Orders are packed and checked before dispatch, and if an item was missing, we would always investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. We do not ship incomplete orders knowingly, nor do we operate without stock.

We also do not refuse legitimate refunds. When a PayPal case is opened, we fully cooperate and provide all relevant documentation so the matter can be reviewed fairly and independently.

I ordered a face mask for my Wife’s…

I ordered a face mask for my Wife’s Christmas.Unfortunately the PO didn’t deliver on time and when they did they left it somewhere other than our address.I contacted Lanveza and the fantastic Anastasia sorted the issue out immediately.The face mask has just been delivered less than a week after contacting Anastasia.Brilliant service considering the time of year.I’ll let my Wife review the product once She’s had a chance to use it.

The moneyback guarantee is false.

Lanveza offer a full refund if you're not happy on their website. This is not true. They say they will offer a refund if the product doesn't work. If you're unhappy in any other way after opening the item, they decline to accept a return or give you any refund. They have an internal policy about this. I'm trying to address the false advertising currently

We do not advertise a general “no-questions-asked” refund. Our website clearly outlines two separate policies:

• A 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which applies specifically to our IPL Hair Removal Handset and covers performance (if the device does not deliver results when used according to the stated conditions).
• Our standard returns policy, which applies to unused and unopened personal care devices.

These terms are publicly available before purchase and are not internal or hidden policies. Because our products are personal care devices used directly on the skin, once the protective seal is broken we cannot accept returns unless the item is confirmed faulty. This is a hygiene and safety standard followed across the industry.

If a product is defective, it is covered under warranty and we address this accordingly in line with consumer law.

We aim to be transparent in how our policies are presented and are always available to clarify any questions before or after purchase.

I ordered an IPL machine in Aug 2025. Unfortunately it stopped working early December. When I reported this to Lanveza they were very helpful and responded almost immediately. A replacement was sent a week later. I am very impressed with the customer service response and outcome. Thank you.

Lanvenza violate consumer rights

I ordered a facemask in early December. I paid for it. I returned it as the review on the internet purported to be from trustpilot and was not. This was very misleading and further reviews i saw after placing the order were poor. This is a sharp practice. I have proof of postage that the item was returned and I am being refused a full refund. This is illegal. A photo of the delivered item is not required for a refund. I reccomend that you avoid this company and shall be reporting them to trading standards in addition to having to take them to the small claims court for my refund.

If an item is returned to the address printed on the outer packaging, this is not our designated returns facility, and unfortunately we are unable to process or confirm receipt of items sent there. As clearly stated in our returns policy on our website, all returns must first be authorised by contacting our customer support team. This allows us to provide the correct return address and ensure the parcel is routed to the proper warehouse for inspection and refund processing.

Without prior authorisation, we cannot track or verify returned goods, even if proof of postage is available. This procedure is in place to protect both our customers and our business from lost or misdirected parcels.

Ordering was simple with a good price. There was a problem with delivery, Post man left the parcel at the wrong house. Customer service were very helpful.
Finally got parcel 4 days late, Pesky post man.

I wish I read the TrustPilot reviews before as what is on their website is very misleading in terms of reviews. Their customer service is absolutely awful and genuinely unwilling to support with returns. Buy this only if you feel like gambling almost 200 quid as they never accept returns, even when product is UNUSED.

Our return policy, which is clearly available on our website prior to purchase, states that personal care devices can only be returned if they remain unopened and sealed. Once the protective seal is broken, we cannot verify that the device has remained unused, and for hygiene and safety reasons it cannot be resold.

If your item was genuinely untouched and fully sealed, please contact us again with your order number so we can review the case carefully. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and in line with our published policy.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing, as with many people on here I also have a faulty face mask, replacement product is also faulty. As with many other other customers Lanvenza are denying/ ignoring my request for a refund.

I didn't expect much from light…

I didn't expect much from light therapy, and at first I wasn't sure if it was doing anything. Around the 3rd week, I noticed my morning redness was less obvious. It's subtle, but real.
