Frustrating
Suddenly took away all the actual useful shops such as Amazon and eBay etc a few months ago and they are still missing from the app all this time later! Some good stores remain but the service just isn't the same without.

Hate having to have an app to pay…
Hate having to have an app to pay overdue fines. I hate that this world requires me to have endless apps. I hate this so much, and it’s not even useful.

What actually is happening with laybuy tried to pay my account and payments won't go through so removed the app then installed it again now it's saying I need the new version of the app but it's not there and they are adding late fees when its not my fault I have never known anything like this

Mikara from Laybuy was very helpful in assisting me with closing my account, the response was quick with the information that was required in order to accommodate my query and the follow up from that was almost straight away. Best service I've had with emailing a business for assistance.

Why cannot this company communicate? is it too much to ask. what exactly is wrong with them? do they only employ goldfish that cannot retain any information? How many times do i have to ask them to contact me?
I swear it would be easier to get married to the Pope!
My account is in arrears and they never ever come back to me. All i get is generated texts telling me my account is in arrears and they are going to send me to a debt collection agency,
Well my account is behind as no.one ever comes back to me.. i cannot log in..I think my next email will be to Trading Standards about this excuse of a company.
Avoid at all costs unless you want brain damage!

Absolute rubbish! Appalling customer support. Takes days/weeks for them to respond to you 😡 They’ve removed all the big retailers like Amazon. Why???? Glad I’ve finally paid off what I owed & deleted the app. Will not be using Laybuy again!

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague constantly getting locked out of your account with no way of contacting them to pay I have been locked out of my email address and tried to contact laybuy several times to NO REPLY they even sent me text messages and I replied to no avail joke of a company stay away as they have now sent the debt on to debt company absolutely disgusting I have now deleted the account and will no longer use them again a few of my friends have had the same experience keep getting booted off their account and unable to get back in it would be no stars what so ever AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Had laybuy for a couple of years now. Won't bother using anymore. Can't use temu, amazon, Ebay m&s. Waste of time now. Shame

Absolute nightmare
I have used laybuy for years at Christmas I ordered a television from Amazon through laybuy.then promptly cancelled.i got charged for 2 televisions!!!I have emailed laybuy 30 times!I have also forwarded correspondence from Amazon confirming I never bought ANY TVs.so far they have taken over 600 from my account.ive managed to block now.ive had debt agency on phone I have forwarded all emails to them and they thankfully have closed any action against me..if I could give this company minus 10 stars I would please stay away

Will not refund my money after sending proof I returned items and shop send refund to laybuy,but still charging me for over due payments and still trying to take money from my card. Just keep closing the complaint
The case has been going on for several months and they have not responded for over a month. I have blocked the transaction. There is no answer, only penalties for me.I can't cope on my own anymore, so I took it to Resolver and I'm waiting to see what happens next.

I’ve used Laybuy for such a long time…
I’ve used Laybuy for such a long time and in February I made 2 separate transactions through Amazon on my Laybuy account. Amazon declined these transactions but Laybuy still charged me for them and the amount was still owed even though my transaction was cancelled by Amazon. After sending them proof from Amazon customer service they promised me a refund. I had to contact my bank to stop the dispute I made as they didn’t give me money back straight away. This was done over 2 weeks ago! After speaking with many of their customer service team explaining myself over and over I’m still left with over £80 owed to me, overdrawn on my bank and now my credit score has been affected I’ll never use this company ever again and told the friends I got to start using this to stop using them as I don’t want it happening to them. I’ve sent almost 50 emails and still no communication at all. I’ll stick to clearpay!
