There is no refund! False promise on their website.
Ordered protective boots for my dog using the measurements given on their website, but they did not fit my dog. I contacted the company to arrange a return, but they did not want the boots back … told me to keep them, send them another $10 and they’d send me a new pair. I wrote back and told them I wanted a refund, not another pair — and then I did never hear back from them again, despite contacting them twice more and despite the fact that on their website they promise FREE REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING PRODUCT.
This is a money-grab company and if you are not satisfied with the product, you’re out of luck.
