Did their PT level 3 course in 2020, 4 years and 100 emails later i still have no response from James. They have no customer service. I just want my certificate. They never gave me any proof or certificate for my qualification.

Worst scam out there. Dont waste your money on them on any of their products.

Non existent customer service. I bought the 2022 cutting guide the day before the 2023 guide came out, so I asked if I could just have the 2023 instead. I’ve emailed twice, but had no response. Won’t be buying any future products from LDNM that’s for sure

I’ve been training for a number of years and purchased the 2020 cutting guide. I purchased for the home workouts during lockdown and was going to try the plan when gyms open. On the website it stats access to a digital platform which they haven’t provided details for, there is no training log for the home workouts,you need equipment for the home workouts which is impossible to get. For the gym workouts there is no digital tracker provided so as well as being very poor value for money you have to waste your time recreating their pdf trackers. I could have put something better myself watching YouTube videos but thought it would save me time. Apart from here there is nowhere else to leave reviews and I can see why now

A very trustworthy business. There was a problem with a t-shirt I ordered from LDNM but I got in touch with Tom and James Exton (via Instagram) and the issue was resolved instantly - recieved my T-shirt the same day! Great quality products and service, a safe option for all your fitness needs.

Got the info as they promised a workout an meal plan catered to you. Bull!!!! I got a generic workout routine with minimal food plan. I did follow the plan, there was some bits I didn't understand so sent emails asking about it.... Guess what?! No reply. Though I did loose some weight an bulk up a little (not as much as they claim) you're best off just looking on YouTube for something an following that, it's cheaper.

I’ve used both the Bulking bible and cutting guides, and also bought numerous items from t-shirts to nutrition products over the years. Today, receiving my latest order of protein isolate.

I find the guides easy to follow and also extremely effective. I really enjoy the way they keep every work out to be interesting and different, which keeps me interested and bought in. Key to achieving results I’d suggest! Furthermore, the equipment is great quality and the supplements are tasty and well priced for a premium product that doesn’t contain all of the rubbish of some of the high street names. I highly recommend LDNM to many of my friends and colleagues, gym buddies too.

Ordered a hoody over a week ago. Tried to make contact with them straight away to ask a question no response. I have since sent 3 emails to ask where it is (no phone no) even messaged on their Facebook page and nothing. This is appalling customer service.
I have now opened a dispute through PayPal. Not as if it is cheap either plus £3.99 delivery.

Did the Muscle building guide and found it a complete waste of money.
The online 'help' was very poor. Firstly they didn't respond, then made an excuse they had updated the system and had responded to me but to a female vegetarian instead (!)
The information was hard to follow and basically you might as well down load any information from any website and get the same exercises.
For your macros you are asked to use myfitness pal- so a complete cop-out.
Now I know why they struggle to have transformations on show- because it doesn't work for the majority of us.

Ordered a couple of times from LDNM. Both times my orders arrived next day without any issues - thoroughly recommend. The men's 'tech fit' gear is a really nice fit and the tapered jogging bottoms fit really well.

Ordered a T-shirt from them as a gift for my boyfriend. It took two weeks to arrive, because apparently their warehouse was moving. Fine. When it arrived I realised I'd ordered the wrong item. I got in touch with them, they gave me a return address and I sent the item back (unopened) by recorded delivery. (In the meantime I ordered the correct item which arrived with no problems)
After around a week I still hadn't received my refund, so I emailed them to ask when I could expect it. They never replied. I emailed again through the 'get in touch' section on their website. Again no reply. I emailed them again through Paypal. Still no reply. I have now had to open a Paypal case, which after a week is still saying 'waiting for their response'. It's absolutely ridiculous that it's had to get this far with a so called reputable company. I know I'll get my refund through Paypal eventually, but the lenghts I've had to go to are totally unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.
