Collection of current car and delivery of new vehicle arranged on the same day, which was very helpful.

Car delivered with petrol on empty! I think that there should be a quarter of a tank minimum! We drove delivery driver back to the train station (8 miles) before I realised we were completely empty! We returned our previous car with well over half a tank remaining!

I looked at another leasing company to get my car, the price they advertised was slightly cheaper but when it came down to getting the car the price was way more than the advertised price. Lease car were the next best price and the price they stated was the price I paid.

They were excellent to deal with, process was easy and they got me a car sorted and ready for delivery really quickly. I know people ordering the same car who have had to wait a lot, lot longer.

My fiancée had a car off lease car previously and they have been excellent all the way through with her. So really they should have been my first choice and lesson learned by the poor experience I had going elsewhere where! Lease car will 100% be my first choice next time.
