The process was very straightforward and Jim Dean was very helpful in explaining the process and was happy to take subsequent calls. The car took slightly longer to arrive than anticipated - appreciate that Easter didn't help with this and that it was outside the direct control of Lease car.

Ed Rose is an absolute star! I have been leasing my car through him for almost 15 years and he is alway so helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble. He is the reason I keep returning every 4 years. That said I have found everyone I have dealt with at lease car brilliant .. highly recommend!
