Misleading information/hidden cost

I’m a long time customer from Lebara, and overall I’m happy with them. The reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because they share some false/wrong information about their plan. For example, they have now a new promotion where the activation fee costs 10 euros, but when I go to the payment, the activation fee costs 15. i complained with customer service and they say the reason is because Im already a customer, but they dont mention anywhere that this promotion is only for new customers. I know it's not a lot of money, but just made me feel that they don't care for long time customers and also are not transparent or give misleading information.

Update:
I understand that this is a price for a new customer, but Lebara don’t mention anywhere that for existing customers there is a different price + in the contract for changing plan still shows 10 euros, while charging 15 euros for the activation fee. Feels like it’s a choice they make to hide costs from existing customers.
