My contact to Lebara using chat was…great

My contact to Lebara using chat was very comfortable. I did received very quickly response from Silwiya and later from Madalina that helped me to check and resolve my issue. I am very satisfied I could manage it so quickly.

Sometimes worst customer service ever

The price is a wonder but the chat customer service is sometimes the worst ever. And sometimes not.

Original problem:
Every time You pass to a different country, they reinstate some random APN's that never work. If it's the weekend, or if their site isn't working, you can't even get to the chat to ask for the right ones to that specific country.
Chat representatives are liers and drop the chat for You saying (letter)*** for instance, after an hour of refusing to SOLVE THE PROBLEM instead of spamming ""so where are You now and I'll send them to You"-****. ****, because what if it is the weekend? What if it is the night?
If I'd known they are this low, I'd never ever have paid a penny.

RESOLUTION:
Tell them to DISABLE the automatic APN configurations, so You'll never need to manually change them between different EU countries; just when You enter / exit Germany.

For the other EU countries it is always gona be the same

live.vodafone.com
>APN Type: default>APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6>APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4/IPv6>save>restart phone"

Avoid Lebara Germany at all costs

Avoid Lebara Germany at all costs. I exercised my legal 14-day right of withdrawal for an eSIM (Order ML039974261), but they refused to refund me, falsely claiming that prepaid cards are exempt from withdrawal rights. This is a direct violation of EU consumer law. Their support is completely incompetent and provides false legal information. I had to file a complaint with the German regulator (Bundesnetzagentur) and get a refund through my bank (Wise), which luckily decided the dispute in my favor immediately. Absolute disaster.

The agent I was on chat with was quick to resolve my issue and seemed very kind throughout the interaction--I've had my issue resolved, additional questions answered, and she also waited to ensure the solution worked while I tested it :)
