I’ve ordered the brown one and you send the black one. I’m so disappointed!!

Stroller (magicfold) has been used for approximately 10 months now and has developed so many faults. The attachment area for the bar and car seat is loose - which is very unsafe when car seat is attached as the entire seat moves.
The footrest often gets stuck and doesn’t fold down
The entire chassis also seems to get stuck when opening and needs re closing and opening to try and fix it.
The brake often also gets stuck on one of the wheels.
I have tried contacting Leclerc regarding this but received no response even though for other issues (order issue for an accessory) I received an instant reply. Seems as if they’re actively ignoring the issue.

Superb service from leclerc, part of the buggy frame on our magicfold plus fractured. I submitted a case with some photos and Eleni arranged for a replacement buggy which I received within the week. Very satisfied customer and happy we purchased a leclerc.

I have exchange my previous stroller with an Influencer air and had big expectation that for this last model the sliding of the baby will be fixed somehow but apparently not. All is great except this detail and our toddler keeps sliding and have a back position a bit ''forced'' and lay down in an angle. This happens at the most upper position of the back.Can you please let me know if there is any fixing of this? Maybe a removable cushion/pillow made for the sitting part that can stop toddlers from sliding can be a simple add on / add of pillow. Just took one star because nobody said anything in one month...

On first use, my 3 year old opened the safety bar and harness lock and removed himself from the stroller in about 10 seconds. Thankfully I saw this happen, because we were on a busy train platform. He is unable to do this on any other stroller or car seat that we own. These fasteners need to be made much stronger so that only an adult's finger strength can open them.

Other than the issue above, the stroller is well made and seems like a fairly durable compact stroller. It handles well on cobble stones and on bumps.

As for child comfort, the seat in the upright position is a little too reclined, resulting in my child sliding forward on the seat.

As a 157cm tall adult, I regret getting the XL version of this stroller, as the handle is a little too high for me.

The stroller is very stylish and very light and easy to close and that is why I bought it! This is a very valuable feature.
Nevertheless, we have 2 issues:
A) it seems that the baby is sliding and cannot sit straight for more than a few seconds ie it does not touch the angle of the seat its back and bum just slide
B) the baby just tilts on one side or the other and almost hits his head on the rods
I am a bit disappointed given my initial excitement with buying such a light and easy-to-transfer-and-close stroller

bought a influencer but the pelvis harness is too far away from the back causing baby to slide down continuously, even there is a horizontal strap to shorten the distance, it only works for small baby but not a year old toddler as the strap is too close from the back.

I bought 2 strollers for my twins and they are comfortable, functional and easy to close, even with one hand!
we had some problems with the chassis and Leclerc customer service, in a very professional and timely manner they were able to solve the problem and replaced the damaged parts for us.
I will definitely buy their products again!

Quickly and Safe

Been using my influencer buggy for 9 months and I’m not impressed. At the moment it’s broken and I’m waiting over a week to hear from the company. I used to take at least two walks a day with the buggy but at the moment that’s a struggle. I bought the baby bag to go with the stroller and I don’t believe they have thought about how heavy a baby bag actually gets the stroller falls back if the bag is on it without the car seat on or carrycot. This happened once with my son in the stroller! I wish I had found a stroller that was more well known it’s not as light as one with think and after a c section I really struggled with it the only good thing about it was the folding system however occasionally this also gets stuck!

We got MF Plus as an extra stroller since our original stroller is like 5 kilos heavier. The thing that got us into it were good reviews and the extra nice one-step fold/unfold system that is doable with 1 hand only. We have used it only once so far but initial impressions are good. Only things that didn't impress me were the cup holder (very flimsy) but at least its included unlike other strollers where it's an extra. The fabric is also not great but I guess it is better with Influencer and the other models. We didn't go for them as we don't like the rose gold motives, and the extra price for just the looks (the strollers are supposed to be identical). Delivery was very quick - 5 business days from Netherlands to Bulgaria (they did tell me 5 on the phone as I inquired in advance). In general I can highly recommend it, however bear in mind that the fabric could be better, and the luggage department is also a bit harder to access and smaller compared to other strollers, although lightweight strollers aren't supposed to have much space anyway.

Order on 10 May and I received on 16 May in Singapore. Very good Packaging to ensure no damage to my pram parts. Email enquiry response is within the day too.

I had a problems with my influencer stroller what was taking quite a while to solve it. I was very disappointed at the start but than Shirley got involved and gave me the best customer experience I ever had. Really appreciate helping to resolve the problem what was outstanding since April. She went above and beyond to help me with the matter and solve it in a few days.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Flora from Leclerc. My bumper bar on my stroller broke in a very awkward way, I contacted Leclerc who replied very quickly. We discussed the issue and they sent me out a whole new stroller as we could not fix the issue. I was blown away by their customer service and support. Not only are they excellent to deal with but both my children love the stroller. So it must be comfortable! My 3 year old would refuse to sit in her other stroller from a well known brand but I can not get her out of this one. My 1 year old has been in it since about 6 months old and sits happily and naps soundly in it. It’s great for the car and smaller spaces and takes up no space when folded. I would have no hesitation in recommending this brand and purchasing more items. Well done to Flora also as her customer service was flawless

Really good quality product and does all it says it does. Raincover had a faulty seam but they’ve been great and immediately sent out a replacement!

I contacted the company 2 times for warranty repairs - always very quickly.

It is an amazing stroller. Great for travelling but even greater for the day to day. Is the only one that folds to a sleeping position which makes it perfect to room around during nap time :) indeed it is one click to fold and unfold. Super convenient. The new model with the bigger wheels makes this just the best stroller out there by far! Highly recommend it!

I bought Leclerc stroller in Qater and I reside in USA. On my trip back to USA my bumper bar got broken and there was no where I could buy one to replace it. I contacted Leclerc baby and Flora handled the matter in a very professional way, tip top customer service that is hard to come across.
