My experience with Leclerc Baby's customer service was truly amazing!

When i first heard of the brand Leclerc Baby and after seeing their product demos, i did not think twice on buying a Leclerc Influencer. I hail from the middle east but i purchased it online from Leclerc and from there everything went very smooth from product inquiry to purchasing the stroller. One thing that i will always be proud of this company is their customer service. My stroller had a broken handle bar but i cannot find a replacement elsewhere. I emailed Leclerc Baby and their customer service coordinator, Flora, was there for me althroughout my inquiries and until my problem got solved and now . Believe me, my experience with buying a Leclerc Baby stroller is truly amazing! Thank you so much!

Excellent Support

Top support.
Had a problem with a Leclerc buggy (Air France damaged it and refused to fix up) and got it replaced.
Communication was professional (by Flora from Leclerc Customer Service) and decision quick.
When I came to the store, the manager already was aware to do the exchange.
Thanks a lot!!!

Ordered through ‘Glasgow pram centre

Ordered through ‘Glasgow pram centre, U.K.’ and waited just under a month for my delivery of the Leclerc Influencer in army green.
When it arrived I opened the box - smell of the stroller was horrendous, must not of been stored well.

On inspecting the stroller the frame was scratched and the ‘Leclerc’ logo was badly applied but only on the one side, the stroller wouldn’t stay closed when put down and then when I took the wheels off to box it back up (for return) a piece of metal fell out where the wheel clicks in.

Made me feel I can’t trust a brand such as ‘Leclerc’ if their quality testing is so poor to allow that out of their factory.

Edit - reply back to Leclerc’s response, I answered the questions I was given on the 22nd with my order number that I had from Glasgow pram Centre.

I’ve since returned and had my refund for the faulty pushchair, but I have all the photos if you’d like to see them.

In 9 days they never sent me a tracking…

In 9 days they never sent me a tracking number to track the package. I paid for the order, but I still don't know if it was sent at all. Technical support answers that it will sort it out, but there is no result.

Amazing support

We have bought two Leclerc Hexagons for…

L.e. I am not sure how to reply to Catrin from Leclerc Customer Service.
Any help on this is much appreciated!

We have bought two Leclerc Hexagons for our now 4 mo boys and have been using them individually and as a twin stroller with the connector system.
I love the design, the maneuverability and the ease one hand folding system.
However have experienced the same challenges as other parents: my babies are sliding down from the strollers amd the backrest isn’t holding an upright 90 degree’s position. Any hints on how to improve this?

handy stroller, but the seat needs improvement

My girl is 14 months old now, been using the magic fold since newborn. It has been a very handy stroller, easy to open and close with hand operation. But just one thing about the design of the seat, my girl keeps sliding down even I have a seat liner in place, can't make it an upright positon.

Very nice stroller although the seating need some improvement

Most of the Magic Fold stroller attributes are very nice, and as described by the company. The three great attributes are that the stroller is extremely lightweight and the folding and navigating can be done with one hand! The customer service team and especially Catrin are very helpful and provide proper service etiquette. I am very pleased with the outcome of our contact! I removed one star because we didn’t like that the backrest doesn’t sit at 90 degrees at the upper position and there is a long distance between the back and the belt (the one between the baby’s legs). This can be further improved.

We love our Leclerc influencer stroller…

We love our Leclerc influencer stroller and used it since birth for our now 1yr old. It’s really great for travelling - getting into a small car boot and fitting in the overhead storage on planes. We’re having issues now with the straps. We’re using the winter foot muff and we’re struggling to do up the straps on our 1yr old. She’s about 9kg’s so not particularly big for a 1yr old…can you advice?

The stroller is fantastic

The stroller is fantastic, it offers a lay flat option so great for babies to sleep in comfortably on the go! You can also take this on board the plane and it can be opened and closed with one hand!!
My daughter lost a strap cover whilst away and they sent me another pair, no charge and were very kind and helpful! Highly recommend.
