Excellent service . I lost the screw cap which holds the cork screw in place , there was nothing wrong with the mechanism. They sent me a new one .👌

After a poor experience requesting a refund which was finally agreed I am still to actually get my refund 13 working days later.

If you buy one of Le Creuset’s beautiful looking products be aware that claiming a refund is a nightmare

During my recent visit to the Islington branch located on Upper Street, I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service provided by two staff members, Sarah and Tom. From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that Sarah possessed a remarkable level of professionalism and patience as she diligently assisted me in checking the availability of stock to finalize my purchase. Her attentiveness and thoroughness not only facilitated a smooth transaction but also contributed significantly to my overall experience in the store.

Additionally, I was not feeling particularly well during my visit, which could have hindered my shopping experience. However, Tom's thoughtful intervention made a considerable difference. Recognizing my discomfort, he kindly offered me a bottle of Evian water and invited me to take a seat, demonstrating a level of empathy and customer care that is all too rare in today's fast-paced retail environment. This small yet impactful gesture not only alleviated my immediate discomfort but also enhanced my perception of the store and the brand as a whole.

When I finally departed from the store, I found myself feeling significantly better, both physically and emotionally. This experience has reinforced my belief in the importance of exceptional customer service and its profound impact on customers’ well-being and satisfaction. Le Creuset replaced our pan after we sent it back due to multiple blemishes to the paint occurred on the inside. Sophie was of great help and made the whole process easy and transparent.

Extremely dodgy, avoid any online purchase at all cost. I placed an order a few months ago, it was never delivered. I then followed up with support via chat and email to inquire and was told that all they can do is reimburse me once the items have reached their warehouse and given that they were lost by the delivery service, they still have not reimbursed anything. They ignored any follow up and dodged every question about an official complaint procedure. This is illegal under UK law, as they are under an obligation to ensure that either the goods are delivered or that a reimbursement is made within a timely manner.
I now find myself obliged to look into legal steps to recoup my money.
The entire situation has been extremely shocking and frustrating and I don't wish on anyone to have to go through the same. Especially, given that every item is a little investment and this brand used to be trustworthy and reputable.
