Horrible, and actually problematic experience. I ordered a bed from Leen Bakker specifically because the website stated it would be delivered on 8 July. My guest is arriving on 10 July, so the delivery date was the whole reason I chose this bed.
On 8 July the order did arrive — but only half of the bed was delivered. An essential part was missing, which meant the bed could not be assembled or used at all. In other words, the order was not actually delivered in a usable form on the promised date.
I was not told, when ordering the bed, that it cannot be delivered completely. I was not informed, between the day I ordered the bed and the day that the bed arrived, that there was a problem with my order or that a piece was going to be missing. I was not even told, on the day that the bed arrived, that it was missing a piece. I was not contacted by the company. In short, there was no communication from them at all. I had to phone them myself, and it took literally two and a half hours, waiting on the phone before I could reach an employee from customer service.
When I finally got through to customer service, the only solution offered was to send the missing part on 22 July — two weeks later, and long after my guest will have arrived. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering a bed with a specific delivery date. What was especially frustrating was the lack of any meaningful solution, no urgency, apology, or alternative offered.
Promising a delivery date and then delivering only half a bed is misleading, and deceiving. A bed that cannot be assembled is not a delivered bed. Offering the missing piece two weeks later, with no practical solution in the meantime, is very poor service. I would never buy anything from Leen Bakker again, not can I recommend it to anyone.

Ordered outdoor chairs in 22nd of May - delivery scheduled 6 of June (earliest possible). June 6 came, they never showed nor said they weren’t coming. I reached out and they said they had a delay and will come June 20th (without informing). I couldn’t then, so we scheduled June 26. On June 26, they never showed. Scheduled it to June 29th, I messaged them whereby Mirthe answered (with no apology) saying it will come June 29th. I told them I can’t be home. Now it has gone to a DHL point because I wasn’t home (even though the two times I was home they didn’t come as agreed). I can’t pick up the chairs without a car, that’s why I paid shipping and stayed home twice. Now they won’t answer anymore on instagram, and won’t arrange a home delivery. So essentially, because of them, I lose my order and discount I had obtained in May. As well as 1.5 months lost of summer where I could have gotten garden chairs elsewhere to enjoy.

My order should have arrived 2,5 weeks ago. I never received anything and it was very expensive. I contaced the customer service several times and they never responded. Totay I went to the store and they said they are not responsible. I have to contaced the customer service but they are very very behind they said. Now I have so much stress with taking legal steps

Price is good but time delivery is annoying.
We got our partial order after 2 months and until now we are still waiting for our sofa which has been postponed so many times. We placed order on 2 March and now they changed it again the delivery time to 30 June.

On April 5th, I ordered a cabinet with order number CO9379635380.. It was incomplete.. (I wouldn't know why it was sent anyway)
Subsequently, your colleague sent part of the package again, with order number CO9100132741 but without track and trace (why you chose this is a mystery)
This was supposed to arrive on April 22nd. On the day itself, I asked twice via the customer service chat if this was correct and if it was coming. They said yes, it will arrive today by 6 PM.
This did not happen. Today, Thursday, I received an email from DHL stating that the package had been delivered, while I was not at home, of course. I came home, there was nothing there, and my neighbors didn't see anyone!
Where are my missing parts!

Absolutely HORRIBLE curtain service.
After someone came to take all measurements and inspect the rooms I purchased 3 curtains with mounting service. Had to wait 2 months for them to come mount the curtains. The guy drilled one hole in my ceiling and told me my ceiling was too soft and that they don't mount on those type of ceilings. Dude left after 15 min with a single hole drilled.
After having to give it a go myself I found out it was anything but too soft. I hit concrete and rebar which I cant get through myself. Called again to tell them what a mistake their mounting service guy made. They where going to get me a new date for someone to come out. 2 week further and 0 communication from leen bakker. I have to call them if i want an update and every time I get "today or tomorrow"
Only now after calling for the 7th time they tell me "ow but we also don't mount in rebar ceilings". So I'm stuck with curtains I CANT HANG, HOLES IN MY CEILING and NO SOLUTION.
Absolutely useless.
