Once able to reach a human representative on the phone, my problem was solved.
The staff on the chat is awful, transferring me to different departments multiple times with long waits asking to wait longer, but the staff on the phone, despite over 10 minutes of holding to get to a person, was great, making the refund process for an order quick and easy. He also helped me confirm confusing information the staff on the chat provided in the midst of trying to transfer me to different departments.

Legal Zoom is slow if you do not pay the upcharges
Legal Zoom is slow if you do not pay thier add on services. I have formed various LLC's and this is the longest I have ever waited. I have checked the government website and they are already processing files that were received five days after my application was submitted by Legal Zoom. So either Legal Zoom held on to the application to make you suffer the consequences of not accepting thier upcharge or thier process is slow. State (California) is usually fast 3 days max currently on day eight and no update in sight. I read reviews (not from thier website) after using the website and my fault for not seeing the redflags. All customer service is AI and you really cannot get an update or an actual person unless it is to purchase additional services.
