What a bunch of scammers
What a bunch of scammers. Took $499 without my explicit authorization for services I didn't need and wasn't aware I was going to be charged for. Wouldn't give a full refund a day after the charge. Insanity.

I purchased the will bundle
I purchased the will bundle and was unsure if you can edit the documents once they were generated. I used the online chat and the representative kept switching the answer from yes but have to pay extra for revisions to yes its free. Finally after 4o minutes they assured me I could edit the generated documents and there would be no extra charge. Exhausted from the experience I took a break. When I went to log back in I couldn't. This time I called customer service and was bounced around to four different people, the last of who said he would put in a ticket and it would take a few days to resolve. So I just purchased one of their products, spent well over an hour with numerous customer service reps and all I got from Legal Zoom is a charge on my credit card. Horrible customer service.
