Spam calls and hidden fees
Legal Zoom spammed me with 4 telephone calls in 2 days, most with foreign accents so thick I couldn't understand them, all trying to up-sell me to higher cost services. They advertise a reasonable price, then add-on a dozen other charges so that the final bill is a whopper. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't use Legal Zoom.
